El desayuno muy rico.. No recorrimos mucho el barrio, nos manejamos en uber hasta los destinos que necesitabamos ir. El personal amable.

We had a fantastic stay at the Fierro Hotel in Buenos Aires and would highly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They really made the experience feel personal and welcoming.

The breakfast was outstanding—easily the best we had across the seven hotels we stayed at during our trip through Argentina and Chile. A great variety, high quality, and a real highlight each morning.

We stayed in the terrace suite with a jacuzzi on the balcony, which was absolutely amazing. It was such a treat to relax there after a day exploring the city.

The location is also ideal, set in a fantastic area with plenty of great restaurants and things to do nearby, while still feeling relaxed and safe.
Overall, a brilliant hotel experience—we would absolutely stay here again.

We just had a great stay at the Fierro. Our room was huge and very quiet (we faced the back, but I think the street-facing rooms would be quiet too) with a very comfy king size bed and ample clothing storage. We liked having a little bar sink in the room. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful with restaurant reservations, airport transport, etc. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff were wonderful. We miss our daily medialunas and dulce de leche already! The housekeeping service was fantastic and the place was super clean. We would stay at the Fierro again, for sure. Thank you for making our stay so great!

Fierro Hotel set the tone for our entire Buenos Aires experience!

The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, the beds are genuinely comfortable, and the shower pressure is exceptional. Both of our rooms came with large balconies overlooking Palermo — perfect for a morning coffee, even in the cool autumn air. The restaurant delivered as well, with food that held its own against a neighborhood full of excellent options.

What made Fierro truly special though was the staff. I wish I had written down every name.

We were in the middle of a whirlwind trip — flying to Iguazu Falls mid-stay — and the hotel graciously held our larger bags while we were away. When we returned for one final night, not only were our bags delivered straight to the room, but they had quietly upgraded us without us ever asking. That kind of thoughtful hospitality is rare and did not go unnoticed.

Dyor at the front desk was an absolute standout. His dedication was remarkable — we spotted him both late at night and during the day, always present, always helpful. He gave us a spontaneous recommendation for Uptown one evening when we wanted to go out last minute, and on our final morning arranged breakfast to be delivered to our room at 4 AM before an early departure. That level of care is the difference between a good hotel and one you would want to return to!

Perfectly located in Palermo — quiet enough to feel residential, central enough for everything. If you’re going to Buenos Aires, stay here!

I loved everything about this hotel- the location, the bedrooms, the amazing hot shower with excellent pressure, AMAZING breakfast until 3 pm, the vibes, the decor and an amazing restaurant! It was perfect. But can I just add- the staff is INCREDIBLE. They were so helpful, professional and friendly and they went out of their way to make our stay amazing. We ended up dinner 2 nights in a row at the restaurant and their steaks were brilliant. I don’t know what else to say.. but if you are in Buenos Aires, stay here.

Atendimento excepcional. Gostaria de destacar os funcionários Dyor e Tânia, extremamente gentis, carinhosos e atenciosos.
Localização do hotel é excelente, área muito segura e próximo de vários cafés, bares e restaurantes. Fica a 5 quadras do outlet.
O quarto é muito bom, super limpo, amplo e muito bem decorado.
Café da manhã impecável.

Hotel Fierro is a boutique hotel located in the Palermo district which is a neighborhood that has a lot of restaurants that are within walking distance. It is safe and a lot of fun!

The rooms are very well appointed and very comfortable. Lovely sitting area and nice beds and bedding. The hotel serves a fabulous breakfast you don't want miss! The service is fabulous, everyone is super helpful. You will love this hotel if you are looking for a smaller well appointed hotel.

Fantastic breakfast, lovely jacuzzi on the roof (at this time of the year) and spacious rooms set this hotel apart.

The staff are very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here but I think Palermo Hollywood is a little different to Palermo soho. It’s just a little further from the parks and not quite as lively.

Some great restaurants around there though

We recently returned a trip to Argentina during which we spent 7 days in the city of Buenos Aires. Among the experiences we had there, we especially enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Fierro in the Palermo area of that city and want to share our positive experience with other users of Trip Advisor, as we have ourselves benefited from reviews posted here. We tend to prefer smaller, quieter, boutique hotels when traveling and the Fierro perfectly accommodated our preferences, with very friendly and supportive staff, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, and an OUTSTANDING, plated breakfast which could be ordered off their menu. Additionally, their breakfast is served during expanded hours, until 2:00 every day, which is a wonderful feature for travelers who might need extra sleep time in the mornings. Their dining room also served dinner, and the food there is highly rated for good reason, being among the best meals we had in Buenos Aires. This was our first visit to the city, and the Fierro truly served as our home-away-from home while we were there, giving us the comforts of our own home. Moreover, the interior and especially the gardens and pool off the dining room were beautiful. The Fierro is a classy hotel in every respect; and for us, the perfect place to stay.

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Im 7. Stock gibt es einen beheizten Pool sowie Dusche und WC, welche man bei späterer Abreise benutzen kann. Großzügiges Frühstück, serviert.
