Todo. Impecable. Y que el desayuno fuera hasta las 15.00!! Para mí es un plus ENORME.

Een geweldige plek om te verblijven!! Van ruime, zee comfortabele kamers tot bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Van harte aanbevolen!!!

Cons:

De locatie was helemaal goed (vriendelijke buurt, veilig, op loopafstand van Palermo Soho en metrostations), maar niet zo levendig met restaurants etc als bijv Palermo Soho zelf. Het geweldige hotel maakte dit voor ons meer dan goed.

Pros:

Spacious modern well equipped rooms, comfortable beds. Very convenient location in Palermo Hollywood area. Breakfast was a highlight healthy homemade goodness.

Cons:

Would have loved a gym or heated pool after a long flight but that's not what it offers 😊

Wonderful Stay - top location, comfort and service!
Pros:

This was the absolute best hotel! Location was perfect, breakfast was amazing and served super late - great for our party!), room was large and comfortable. But mostly, the service was top notch. Every single person working there we encountered was so accommodating and pleasant. We had a very early flight and they offered to provide us a breakfast at 5 am that they brought to our room. Very much appreciated! I forgot an item in my room when we checked out and they reached out right away to let me know and to arrange a pick up. When we went to pick it up several days after our stay, we had some extra time, so they graciously allowed us to keep our luggage there and even gave us store recommendations for items we needed to purchase. 100% recommend. We loved BA and will certainly return to Fierro Hotel when we visit again!

Pros:

Great place! We booked the suite with terrace. It had a jacuzzi, outdoor sofas and parrilla. The hotel provided us with all the tools we needed and more. We did an asado (got meat from Piaf 10 blocks away) and then used the jaccuzzi. Later we order room service, some desserts from the restaurant they have and dessert wine(amazing). Breakfast also very good quality and you can tell is prepared with love and experience. Will 100% recommend and will defenetly come back! Also all the staff in the hotel were super nice, welcoming, helpful and proffesional. Thank you so much for doing such great work in hospitality. ♡♡

Our Home Base in Buenos Aires
Pros:

Fierro Hotel was the perfect home base for our week in Buenos Aires. The hotel strikes a rare balance between boutique luxury and genuine warmth. The staff were consistently welcoming, helpful, and made us feel like valued guests rather than room numbers.

The location in Palermo was ideal—close enough to walk to some of the city’s best restaurants, shops, and parks, yet tucked away on a quiet street that provided a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring. We spent our week wandering Palermo Soho, visiting San Telmo, shopping, dining, and simply enjoying the city, and Fierro was perfectly positioned for all of it.

The rooms were comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, while the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt intimate and relaxed. It was the kind of place we looked forward to returning to each evening.

We have stayed here four times and will gladly return. We d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a boutique hotel in Palermo that offers comfort, charm, and exceptional hospitality.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff
Pros:

We stayed there 5 nights recently and it was lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Our room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The “pool” is an amazing giant hot tub (sadly, we only figured this out on our next-to-last day). Just a well-run home away from home with gracious hospitality.

Gostei de tudo! O Fierro é de longe um dos melhores hoteis que fiquei na vida! Ele é aconchegante, bem decorado, acolhedor e tranquilo. Na acomodação, a cama é muito boa, chuveiro espetacular, quarto grande, espaçoso, super silencioso e com uma veranda deliciosa. O café da manhã é sem igual: farto, com opções diversas, tudo delicioso! Com opções de frutas frescas, iogurte, panquecas, ovos e muito mais. Um deleite! Mas o ponto mais alto desse hotel sem dúvida é o serviço! Desde a chegada, fomos muito bem recebidos e orientados pelo Roberto, que parecia ja ser um amigo de antes! E as meninas do café, Tânia e Antonella, são maravilhosas, carinhosas, muito queridas! Nos tornamos amigas e estou com saudades! Todas as pessoas que trabalham no Fierro são atenciosas e disponíveis e isso torna a experiência melhor do que qualquer hotel 5 estrelas que eu ja me hospedei na vida. Eu com certeza voltaria mil vezes!
