Pros:

El servicio completo del hotel es espectacular. Las habitaciones son hermosas, camas muy cómodas, baño espectacular, hasta el secador de pelo es profesional. El desayuno es de nivel excepcional, a la carta pero muy abundante y delicioso. Es excelente que el desayuno sea en horario extendido hasta las 15 hs, único. El personal espectacular. Es un excelente hotel!

Super hotel with great service and attention to detail
Pros:

We stayed here the day we landed in Buenos Aires after a long day of travel. A super comfortable hotel, staff are charming, and in a great neighbourhood. We had an amazing parilla dinner around the corner which the family are still talking about. We had to leave early in the morning and they organised a wonderful little room service breakfast before the official breakfast time. A nice touch and it was beautofully executed.

Great time at Fierro
Pros:

We stayed at Fierro Hotel for some of our honeymoon and had a great time! Its in a central location in Palmero, and was very easy to get ubers or taxis to anywhere in the city. The room we booked was spacious, modern, and clean. The staff were very nice to us and helpful booking events in the city. Furthermore, the restaurant was excellent, and was a real treat to get to have it every day for breakfast with the room. Would highly recommend the hotel if looking to stay in this part of town..

Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

My husband and I stayed her during our visit. Everything from check-in, breakfast, to engaging with the staff was top tier. It was obvious that the staff enjoyed their job and made sure the guest felt as though they were welcomed and appreciated. Hats off to the entire staff and I would highly recommend staying here. Terrace suite on the top floor awesome. Great neighborhoody location walking to metro, cool bars, many restaurants/coffee shops etc.

Much better than staying at a large hotel.

Five Star Experience at Hotel Fierro
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Fierro from when we first checked in and were greeted by Dyor, to our beautiful, clean and spacious room, to the excellent food in the restaurant. Most importantly, the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and be helpful. We especially appreciated Tina, Anto, and Tania in the restaurant as well as Coral and Florencia at the front desk who made excellent recommendations. I cannot recommend Hotel Fierro highly enough.

Excellent in every possible way!
Pros:

We had an excellent stay in every possible way. Rooms were spacious, well-designed, and exceptionally comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we've ever had; with fresh and homemade products. Location is less lively than other parts of Palermo, but friendly and safe, and more lively areas (eg with more cafes and restaurants) are within walking distance (and metro stations are nearby as well). We would definitely choose to say in Fierro Hotel again!

Een geweldige plek om te verblijven!! Van ruime, zee comfortabele kamers tot bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Van harte aanbevolen!!!

Cons:

De locatie was helemaal goed (vriendelijke buurt, veilig, op loopafstand van Palermo Soho en metrostations), maar niet zo levendig met restaurants etc als bijv Palermo Soho zelf. Het geweldige hotel maakte dit voor ons meer dan goed.

Wonderful Stay - top location, comfort and service!
Pros:

This was the absolute best hotel! Location was perfect, breakfast was amazing and served super late - great for our party!), room was large and comfortable. But mostly, the service was top notch. Every single person working there we encountered was so accommodating and pleasant. We had a very early flight and they offered to provide us a breakfast at 5 am that they brought to our room. Very much appreciated! I forgot an item in my room when we checked out and they reached out right away to let me know and to arrange a pick up. When we went to pick it up several days after our stay, we had some extra time, so they graciously allowed us to keep our luggage there and even gave us store recommendations for items we needed to purchase. 100% recommend. We loved BA and will certainly return to Fierro Hotel when we visit again!
