La localisation

Cons:

Le service à la réception très ordinaire, aucune explication, où est la chambre, le #, mot de passe wifi etc. Le bain douche date des années 80 et impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder le plancher. Le tapis de la chambre est douteux. Les matelas sont beaucoup trop durs.

Pros:

Les personnel sympathique et courtois surtout si petit restaurant .

La chambre était propre

Cons:

L’eau du spa intérieur indiquait qu’elle devait être changé il y a 23 jours

Les remous du spa extérieur ne fonctionnait pas et le 2e spa était vide

La piscine était sale. Plein de verre de gris sur l’échelle, les contours de la piscine .

Je me suis fait réveillé dans la nuit par des gens qui vargeait dans la porte de leur chambre ça a duré un bon 10 15 minutes

Manager refuses to close hallway door to noisy conference room before 11 PM
Pros:

I am in a room that is near the conference center. It’s 10:15 pm and the music is blasting. It would help to close the door at the end of the hallway but the staff are not allowed to do this. I asked the person at the front desk why and she could not explain beyond “my boss will not allow this.” According to her, we have to wait for him to arrive at 11:00 pm to close the door. I will not be staying here for work trips again.

Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner. Pas full de variété, mais convenable comme déjeuner. Oeufs, patates, jambons, toasts et fruits.

Cons:

Quand même pas mal de bruits durant la nuit de mercredi à jeudi. Gens qui parlaient assez fort sur le patio extérieurs de la chambre et dans les corridors. Assez fort pour me réveillé.
