Pros:

We liked the shuttle service to various locations near the hotel.

Cons:

The rooms and surroundings could be cleaner as there was visible dust in light fixtures and near the pool and surroundings, the pool shower was also visibly dirty, the spa in the bathtub was really dirty as we tried to use it once and the water got dirty after we turned on the spa.

Nusa Dua
Pros:

We absolutely loved everything about this beautiful place. The breakfast was so lovely and we appreciate all the effort given to meet our dietary needs. We also loved that we could choose the time for house keeping to clean our room. The free shuttle service to town was very convenient. The staff couldn't do enough for us and they were always so kind. Most of all, we loved our Villa with the downstairs living area and very private pool. We can't wait to come back again.

Pros:

Amazing. One of the best places we’ve stayed in some time. Restaurant was excellent, spa brilliant - couldn’t ask for anything more.

Great Villa with Private Pool
Pros:

The villa with the private pool is fantastic. The pool is closed from three sides. From the open side, it is covered by trees so it is almost impossible from anyone outside to see. The villa is clean overall but being in a tropical area, seeing insects is expected especially at the pool area. Nothing harmful though.
The place is quiet unlike many other options in Bali. If you want peaceful, relaxing stay, this is the one to go for.
The food is also excellent & tasty.
All the staff are helpful and friendly.
Great value for money too. Highly recommended overall.

Cons:

Only downside is that it is far from main Bali attractions if you are planning to go to a lot of places. So you need to plan your day trips in the early morning (around 8 AM).
