Need better maintenance and refurbishment
Pros:

The hotel location is great, next to a mall. The staff is friendly. there were some issues happened during the stay, they were able to attend it quickly. Gym is nice, but no spa service.

Cons:

However, the facilities in room are old. The closet door couldn't close properly, and the iron was broken. The housekeeping left the dirty bed sheets on the floor, I found out when I returned to the room at 10pm. Charging station didn't work for charging a computer, so I had to go to a cafe area in second floor to charge my work computer.

Pros:

This is one of my favorite hotels. It feels like 5 star, the rooms are large and have amazing views, the staff go beyond to make you feel welcome. Will be back.

Nice and clean hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

Very nice hotel, spacious, clean and modern room with huge bathroom. Staff was exceptional, very friendly and spoke good English. They even surprised me with a cake as I had my birthday during our stay, they made us feel home :) Breakfast is also amazing, provided huge selection

Cons:

If I really have to mention something, it is a bit out of the city centre but the metro station is directly next to hotel so no need to worry
