Place was clean, staff was friendly, great AC!
Construction around the area
Bathroom door had water damage, which means they knew the bathroom floods. The floor was built incorrectly, the water doesn't flow towards the drain, but to the room. We needed to use a lot of towels to clean it ourselves.
Wifi wasn't working. One of the exit doors was blocked with tables by the stair. The treadmill in the gym did not work (2 of them - not working).
I stay in hyatt hotels more than 60 nights a year, this was not a good one.
Staff was nice, but they didn't help me much.
It looks like management needs to step up.
I stayed the nights of May 22 and 23. I had to get Maintenance to work on my TV once on the 22nd and twice on the 23rd. The second time on the 23rd they could not get it working so they moved me. On the morning of the 24th I had to kill a large roach before I could enter the bathroom. When I tried to shower, the adjustable knob was broken; and I could only get water too hot to shower in. I see that this has been mentioned in other reviews of this hotel.
Location and staff.
Roaches in my room along with water damage ion the bathroom door. Would have preferred a walk in shower.

Door looked like it had been smashed in one of the mattress need to be replaced has dips in it.

Hyatt needs to get this property together. No WiFi for 24 hours, and didn’t make it a priority to fix. Only one crib in the entire unit. I requested one when I reserved my room but they said nothing until I asked upon arrival. I ended up having to drive to the store at 9pm to buy one. Next time, respond to the request online. Breakfast was bad and they ran out of food and coffee frequently. The only highlight was the location and there were a few staff members that were making every effort to, I just don’t believe Hyatt is giving them the training or resources.

I booked a 2 bed with a pullout couch. We were originally given that but the door wouldn’t close correctly so we were moved to a king bed and pullout couch. It wasn’t comfortable but we managed.

It was a nice hotel and was located in a good place. The staff was friendly and helpful. My friend and I enjoyed our stay. We will return to stay again
