I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed ensured a good night's sleep. ​I had a wonderful stay at the Mountain View Hotel in Almaty. The hotel is excellent, but what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service. A special thanks to Asyl—he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went out of his way to ensure a great stay.

​I would absolutely stay here again!

Pros:

спа замечательный, особенно массажистка

Cons:

нужно срочно поменять старорежимные фены в ванной комнате. И что-то сделать с ключами - карты размагничиваются, когда покидаешь отель более, чем на час. Также не стоит писать на карте от руки номер комнаты под предлогом, что гости часто его забывают - это сводит на нет систему безопасности.

Good for a short stay

Frosty Security Guards....
Pros:

Newly renovated rooms. Good location. Clean.

Cons:

The security guards are not helpful at all. They don't smile back and they won't open the doors for you even when they see you are carrying luggage/groceries. The reception staff are a little bit better.

I thought this hotel was really adorable and I enjoyed staying here thoroughly, except for the receptionist at the front
Pros:

The breakfast was so good and I also had dinner at the hotel one night and it was nice. The hotel itself has a lovely lobby.. the women at the front desk were not particularly helpful although the manager was quite kind. The two women at the front desk required precise language for any request and did not seem that interested in helping..

Очень внимательный и отзывчивый персонал, готовы по любому вопросу помочь. Качественная уборка номеров. Хороший завтрак, но достаточно однообразный. Хочется увеличения ассортимента. Отель конечно требует реновации (мебель, покрытия, ванная комната), но в целом все очень неплохо.
