Pros:

Отдыхали с ребенком с 20-23 мая , отели очень понравился , комнаты большие , завтрак на очень хорошем уровне , персонал отзывчивый . Расположение топ . Вернемся еще раз обязательно . До встречи Алматы ❤️

Pros:

This is my 2nd review in 1 week for this place. Love it. Room, decor, style, location.

Cons:

Pricier than the first visit, although this time room wasn't as plush and didn't have brekky. I hate dynamic pricing. Also ... my wife saw the kettle being removed as she went to the room (I was sorting the return of the hire car). She asked for it returning/ replacing. After a number of requests and a long time, a broken kettle was provided with cups. We requested some tea bags to go with kettle and cups and finally went to restaurant to take ourselves. I had to drop bags with hire car and was told not to stop the car in front of the hotel entrance. Then I asked if they have parking available. They don't. It's a quality hotel, there should be some form of easy parking policy, even if its paid. Both stays noone helped us with bags either checkin or checkout.

Не в первый раз и как всегда все замечательно!
Pros:

Останавливаюсь в отеле не первый раз. Нравиться практически все. В этот раз приехал раньше времени заезда, но меня оперативно заселили. Был всего на один день, но успел воспользоваться услугами спа, что было очень полезно с дороги. Успехов и так держать.

It could be much better.

Average to low quality of breakfast, every day exactly the same. Bad sleeping quality. Continuous problems with internet and elevator. Not responsive reception.

Great location, value for money and fantastic service.
Pros:

The location is ideal near key attractions and the entertaining districts. The service was excellent starting from the first day when I arrived very early after a long flight and they let me check in before the time. The receptionists were always very helpful too: Aida and her colleagues always accommodated my requests such as booking Yandex taxis (my app didn't work) and other details. Amazing service. The spa is wonderful too with Hamman, sauna, steam room, pools, and the massages amazing and very good value compared to Western Europe. Look no further and book your stay.

Отличный отель
Pros:

Отеля является старым и это чувствуется в особенности в номерах, но уровень чистоты и дружелюбности персонала был очень высоким. Завтрак был так же великолепным, крайне советую этот отель за счет отличного уровня сервиса, чистоты и отличного местоположения
