Pros:

Beautiful hotel with increbly helpful and nice staff. A lot of attention to detail and many bonuses to make the stay more pleasant e.g. by providing games, dumbells, asking which fragence of soap we would like,... beautiful spa facilities as well (sauna and UV light lounge chairs and a special shower experience!)

Cons:

The service at breakfast was not very attentive. We had to wait quite long before we could order what we wanted from the breakfast menu, as the waitress was on her phone. We also had to wait quite long to get a plate for the breakfast buffet. So a little bit of room for improvement here. Everything else was top notch though! Cannot wait to come back here.

Puikus viešbutis, turi savo interjero stilių, kuris labai nustebino :)
Pros:

Viskas buvo puiku, nuo interjero iki skanių pusryčių. Labai patiko viešnagė.

Lovos galėjo būti dvigulės.

Sehr freundliches Personal, kleine süße Aufmerksamkeiten (krowki). Wir waren früher da und konnten gleich das Zimmer beziehen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Pros:

It's always a great experience to stay in this hotel as the room is always a surprise. Room is exquisitely decorated with all necessary necessities. Besides that it's empeccably clean. Girl at reception is extremely helpful.

Obsługa, klimat, jedzenie, czysto, wiele drobiazgów (np. jabłka w windzie, kawa na powitanie, woda na wyjazd) no i sauna MEGA.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Man kann von dem Hotel aus sehr gut die Stadt erkunden. Liegt ziemlich zentral.

I enjoyed every aspect of my time there. The staff was friendly, food yummy, and rooms were comfortable with a hot shower, nice sheets and soft bed. The decor was unique and gave the boutique a great personality.
