Ein schönes Haus vor den Toren Hamburgs
Pros:

Ich war nicht das erste Mal im Wälderhaus und habe es wieder gebucht, da mir die Gestaltung der Zimmer und die Lage nicht ganz in der Stadt mit dem schnellen Anschluss an die S-Bahn dorthin gefällt. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett für mich für einen guten Schlaf geeignet. Gefrühstückt habe ich dieses Mal nicht. Eine Minibar auf dem Zimmer wäre natürlich super, aber irgend auch nicht passend zum Thema Klima/Wald/Naturschutz.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist direkt gegenüber der Inselpark Arena und somit wirklich unschlagbar, wenn man dort auf eine Veranstaltung gehen will. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, der naturgetreue Stil ist auch mal etwas anderes und wirklich schön. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und gut aufgehoben. Das Personal ist auch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Parken kann man direkt neben dem Hotel.

Cons:

Leider haben wir uns im Vorfeld nicht über den Stadtteil Wilhelmsburg informiert.... Das sollte man bei der Buchung im Hinterkopf behalten. Das Hotel jedoch ist aber in einer noch "guten" Lage des Stadtteils. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank in den Zimmern.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind bis auf das Frühstück empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer war in Ordnung und das Doppelbett bzw. die Matratze war gut, so dass wir ohne Rückenschmerzen am Morgen aufwachten. Die Dusche und WC waren gesäubert und mit ausreichend Handtüchern ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war hinsichtlich des angebotenen Brotes und der Brötchen eher spartanisch: Es gab keinerlei Graubrot, lediglich Weißbrot und ein Kastenbrot, welches auch als Sandkuchen hätte durchgehen können. Die Brötchen, es gab normale Schnittbrötchen, die "dunkleren Brötchen" waren derart hart und klein (ca. 6 cm Durchmesser), dass ein Durchschneiden eher gefährlich als leicht war. Bei dem Preis von über 18 EUR/Person rate ich ab, das Frühstück im Hotel einzunehmen. Wesentlich umfangreicher und schmackhafter bekommt der Gast ein Frühstück in näherer Umgebung des Hotels.
Die Bar des Hotels war leider spärlich besucht, so dass bereits um 22 Uhr Ende war.

I really appreciated the eco-friendly concept and the unique wooden architecture of the hotel. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, which provided a great environment to rest after busy days. Its location in Wilhelmsburg was also extremely convenient for our professional visits. Furthermore, the staff was always polite, professional, and helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing significant that I disliked. Overall, it was a very pleasant and smooth stay. Everything met our expectations.

Pros:

Die ruhige Lage, die Zimmergröße und die verwendeten Bau- und Ausstattungsmaterialien.

Cons:

Der Zustand der Betten ist verbesserungswürdig. Die Entfernung zum Parkplatz ist bei schlechtem Wetter mühselig zu überwinden.
