Five star hotel
Pros:

Property was clean. Rooms were very eloquent. Lobby was properly maintained.

All staff were very helpful and accommodating.

This hotel even had bathrobes. This is something many other hotels don’t have.

The bathroom was excellent and very clean.

This is the best hotel that I have stayed in while traveling through Ukraine.

Hotel 19 should be a model for all hotels.

The hotel is near the park and the zoo.

Many restaurants close by. There’s even a restaurant outside the hotel doors. This is so convenient.

Hotel 19 takes pride in their hotel.

I am definitely coming back to this hotel on my next trip.

Pros:

Гарний готель у зручному місцерозташуванні. Дуже приємний колектив, все допомогли організувати із днем народження, особливо хочу відмітити охоронця, який працював з 18 до 20 липня. Дуже дякую йому за допомогу!

Cons:

Кондиціонер не дуже справно працює, не встигає охолоджувати кімнату.

Якісно, комфортно, в самому центрі, поруч багато цікавих закладів.
Pros:

Сам готель дуже красиво оформлений, номер просторий і досить комфортний, хоча видно що йому вже багато років і деякі елементи декори давно не оновлювались. Ліжко велике й комфортне, взагалі весь простір досить комфортний.

Cons:

Деякі речі в номері вже застрілі або зіпсовані, але в цьому є свій вайб. Поруч є італійський ресторан, але в ньому не можна поснідати.
