Great as expected
Pros:

Overall, everything was great. Check-in was efficient (they do not accept American Express, so beware). Nice room, need a key card to access the room area. Breakfast was great too. I would definitely stay there again whenever I'm in town.

Cons:

The shower faucets were squeaky and very loud to the point that I could hear the guests next door shower faucets whenever they would take a shower.

My stay was ok but the unfair practice in à corrupt country like à Haiti is sad.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. But El Rancho is using an unfair practice not letting customers know ahead of time.that their fare does not include breakfast. This is illegal and completely wrong and unacceptable. There are good quality hotels based on that tactics that are not getting any business while El Rancho is deceiving their customers ans in so doing you are paying more for àn ok hôtel versus àn excellent À+ facility

That things make me feel bad get push by a security because I was wet and want to go to my room and

Cons:

I am at the pool and get hurt by something on the floor. When I tried to go to my room there are a lady told me that I couldn’t and the the security push me. It happened on Monday 18th of May in the morning around 11h AM to 12.
