problemática
Pros:

A localização é excepcional.
Uma vista privilegiada sobre a foz do Arelho e a lagoa de óbidos.
A piscina é um dos espaços mais bonitos.

Cons:

Inaceitável alugarem quartos bafientos e com sérios problemas de humidade – nocivos para a saúde. Incompreensível que não tenham pelo menos arejado os mesmos nos dias que antecederam a disponibilização. E quando confrontados com o problema não permitirem a devolução do dinheiro por já ter sido cobrado, obrigando-nos a permanecer e a dormir medicados pelos constantes episódios de asma. Desaconselhável para quem tem mobilidade reduzida pois as escadas são muitas.

La habitación, más que una habitación era un Palomar. Habitación 101, no debería estar permitido hacer una habitación ahí, verdaderamente un palomar. Por el precio que valía la habitación, una verdadera decepción

Todo lo demás,un poco antiguo,es un hotel con módulos que no sé comunican por dentro,si te toca uno lejos del restaurante,tienes que andar subidas y bajadas o escaleras interminables o coger tú vehículo para llegar...no tiene enchufes cerca de la cama....

Great location, value for money but only if you are fit and able to climb the hill and all the steps
Pros:

If staying in Foz do Arelho, I would highly recommend this hotel, I have given the hotel 10 out of 10 for the location, stunning views from the rooms and also the bar/cafe, value for money, close proximity to nearby restaurants, to which there are 3 top restaurants within a 10 min walk. Good choice at breakfast too. Great place to explore Obidos Lagoon, it was only a 35 min drive to go round the whole lagoon.

Cons:

If you have any accessibility issues then this hotel may be a struggle as its up a steep hill/cliff face to access reception and then a number of the rooms. We were on Foz 5, which was up 70 steps in a seperate building so always a trek to go between our room and reception/breakfast room. Dont take a room that doesnt face the lagoon, as this is a big feature of the hotel. I definitely wouldnt eat dinner in the hotel, we did this one night because a couple of local restaurants were closed on a Wednesday but this was really poor, food was dry, and the choices were limited and it felt like many of the dishes may have been reheated from the night before.
