I explained what I don’t like. It was not a great experience.
Pros:

The location was good, no compliant.

Cons:

We arrived late around 10:30 PM after a full day in Blue Mountain. Although the hotel had ample time to prepare our room, we were initially given room 226, which was already occupied by other guests and we were embarrassed by trying to open the door. This led to an awkward and frustrating situation for everyone involved. After returning to the front desk, the staff member apologized and reassigned us to room 233.

Unfortunately, our stay did not improve. We noticed nails protruding from the carpet, which pricked one of my child and my wife. I reported the issue, and a staff member came to hammer the nails down and offered an apology. Despite this, we did not feel comfortable or relaxed in the room.

Overall, our experience was far from pleasant, and we were disappointed with multiple aspects of our stay.

Priced well. Convenient location. Clean and friendly.
Pros:

Perfect spot between blue mountain and Wasaga beach. The room was huge and perfect for our family. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There were ants in the room but it was clean.
The balcony door lead to a roof top so we couldn’t open it for fresh air in the room.

Pros:

The staff were great, the Steakhouse in the hotel was wonderful. They did a good job making a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

The only thing that caught me off guard is they didn't have an elevator, I was there as a vendor for trade show which meant a lot of hauling stuff up and down the stairs. But I survived

Decent stay, though overpriced for what it offers.
Pros:

The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is gentle and very helpful. The restaurant is not good but you have an option inside the hotel that help you to spend more time without going out.

Cons:

The hotel is not in the best condition. The air conditioner was not cooling enough. So, we needed to use a fan. The installations like swimming pool, tennis court are outdated.
