Outside grounds and pool were very nice. Well kept

My window leaked and desk staff was spread thin
Nous avons demandé une Suite à l'étage supérieure et notre Suite n'avait pas de balcon nous avions le toit et les 2 portes patio avait les 2 vitres très sales et on ne pouvait pas ouvrir pour aérer la chambre.
Une note disait que l'hôtel était en rénovations par contre, ca fait longtemps que rien ne se passait sur ce toit.
Pas de balcon à notre Suite, plusieurs endroits dans l'hôtel, tapis dans escaliers sentaient l'humidité et parfum.
Pression nettement insuffisante d'eau dans la douche de la Suite, difficile de se rincer partout ça prenait beaucoup de temps pour une femme avec cheveux mi-long et long.
On n'a constaté plusieurs endroits qui avait besoin de rénovations comme les vitres au plafond de piscine intérieure coulent et la peinture va tomber sous peu dans la piscine, pas assez de chaises pour s'asseoir autour de cette piscine intérieure.
Piscine extérieure a été fermé à cause d'un incident la journée de notre arrivée. Réouverture le lendemain en pm.
l'hôtel ne surveille pas assez les agissements de ses clients dans la piscine extérieure, pas agréable de se baigner quand les jeunes et jeunes adultes crachent et éclabousseent dans la piscine malgré la Note qui l'interdit. On est resté à peine 5 minutes dans cette piscine.
Les rénovations de l'hôtel semblent être l'excuse pour tout ce qui ne va pas bien.

Great facilities, love the pools. The staff were great. Everyone was just as happy to return to the hotel as they were to be at the beach. Had a great mocha coffee in the restaurant in the morning, lovely waitress/bartender.
Our door stuck and made a racket when opening and closing. Hard to sneak out when kids were asleep but we had a patio door so that made up for it.
Loved the heated outdoor pool.
