Fantastic Stay
Pros:

Welcoming, helpful staff, good sized room, very comfortable beds, super clean, fantastic restaurant. Great location for visiting Wasaga Beach, Blue Mountain Village and Scenic Caves. Would highly recommemd a stay here.

Cons:

Ensuite bathroom woodwork in our room could do with decorating and shower grout a little discoloured.

Looking forward to our next stay at the hotel.
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Service and accommodation has always been excellent. The rooms are spacious and welcoming and the property itself is close to the Village at Blue Mountain and Collingwood.

Pros:

The steak house restaurant was very good!

Cons:

Room was not fresh. No complimentary breakfast. Pool open late.

Awful. Will never go back!

We were not aware there was breakfast

Cons:

Tv was broken…took two techs and overnight to get it fixed. Beds were lumpy and pillows were awful and had to be changed. Staff told us they only cleaned rooms every 3 days! Would not make beds or clean trash and were told that if we wanted clean towels to pick them up at the front desk. What kind of hotel is this?

We had a wonderful 3-night stay and really enjoyed our time in Collingwood. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, but what truly made our experience special was Mariya at the Front Desk. From the moment we checked in, she was incredibly warm, professional and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel like valued guests rather than simply another reservation.

Mariya’s friendly personality and attention to guests really stood out. It is easy to see why other guests have also recognized her for going above and beyond. People like Mariya are what turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. Please make sure our compliments are passed along to her and to hotel management.

Cons:

Because the smell in the room its not bearable and second is there is no ventilation system properly , too much humidity and the smell due to the humidity is killing you . They have to modify their system
