O hotel é muito bonito, o quarto (Duplo com vista para piscina) é grande, limpo e muito confortável. Os funcionários são, todos, bastante educados e simpáticos.

Cons:

A qualidade do pequeno-almoço é fraca, apesar da simpatia dos funcionários. Pouca comida, pouca variedade e a confecção é fraca. O sumo de laranja, por exemplo, não é inteiramente natural.

Disappointed in Portugal due to inattentive and unaccommodating staff.
Pros:

Room was spacious.

Cons:

The hotel was not accommodating nor attentive. We had to request toilet paper and towels on a regular basis. Getting a drink pool side was a project. While I requested an early check-in 6 months in advance given we came from U.S., this did not happen. In addition, after staying 8 nights, we were never treated well by staff.

Excelente hotel com localização fabulosa!
Pros:

O quarto é grande , muito confortável com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia muito agradável. O pequeno almoço muito bom e variado e funcionários muito atenciosos. O hotel é muito bonito!! O hotel está localizado numa zona com excelentes restaurantes. A vista para o mar é fabulosa!

Cons:

Acho que a sala onde se encontra a televisão não é confortável ou acolhedora .

Beautiful hotel to stay in full of history on a very pretty street.
Pros:

Location is great. There are restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There is a Pingo Doce supermarket and chemist. Lovely little area by the hotel. Our room was large with plenty of room for two adults and one child and a very good balcony with amazing views. The bathroom had everything and a nice big bath. Big comfy bed. Nice indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Nice outside grounds. Breakfast was pleasant and a good selection. Free underground parking with electric charging points.

Cons:

Although the location of the hotel is great along a pretty street with beautiful buildings, one road down is a very busy road not nice to walk along. There was no kettle in the room, I had to go to reception and carry a mug of hot water up to the room which is up two lifts, it would be nice to sit on the balcony in the mornings and evenings and have a cup of tea but not the end of the world. They play music quite loud in the hallways which is slightly odd. It seems to turn off around 9pm.

Ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub in Lissabon!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und hat sogar einen eigenen Park. Besonderen Charme hat die alte Villa, in der man das sehr gute Frühstück zu sich nehmen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und haben einen Meerblick. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Verkehrsanbindung Richtung Lissabon ist ausgezeichnet, da der Bahnhof nur 150 m entfernt liegt.

Very nice... 4 star hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very nice. An old palace with an excellent refurbishment.
We stayed in a top floor room, with a very nice view to the sea.
Staff if friendly and helpful.
Very nice garden next to the hotel.
Adequate price/quality ratio.

Cons:

It was April, Easter holiday but... not enough poll lounge chairs. We requested additional chairs and got the reply that it was not possible because it was not high season yet... Guests had to lie in the ground or in the grass...
It is in reality a very nice 4 star hotel, but not a 5 star experience.
Breakfast a bit overcrowded.
