Ich war schon 7-8 Mal im Vila Galé weil ich oft beruflich in Lissabon bin. Die Lage empfinde ich mit meiner Frau welche meistens mit kommt als ideal. Es ist mit Blick aufs Meer man ist in unter 20 Minuten in Cascais, Belem und 30 min in der Innenstadt oder am Flughafen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Ausstattung der Zimmer sowie der Komfort des Betts ebenfalls. Es gibt Teile des Personals welche einfach spitze sind, andere wiederum weniger.
Ich komme seit einigen Jahren regelmäßig in dieses Hotel und war in der Vergangenheit auch immer gerne hier. Leider habe ich jedoch den Eindruck, dass die Qualität von Aufenthalt zu Aufenthalt nachlässt, was ich wirklich schade finde.
Unser Zimmer war erst fast eine Stunde nach der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit fertig. Wir waren bereits etwas zu früh vor Ort und uns wurde gesagt, dass wir angerufen würden, sobald das Zimmer bezugsfertig ist. Dieser Anruf erfolgte allerdings nicht.
Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden im Hotel zudem zwei Hochzeiten statt. Grundsätzlich ist das natürlich kein Problem, allerdings hatten wir dadurch stellenweise den Eindruck, dass das Personal insgesamt etwas überfordert war und andere Hotelgäste dadurch weniger Aufmerksamkeit erhielten.
Auch der Roomservice ließ für mein Empfinden deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben mehrfach etwas bestellt, unter anderem auch an der Poolbar, und hatten jedes Mal das Gefühl, dass unser Anruf bzw. unsere Bestellung eher unerwünscht war. Die Wartezeiten waren ebenfalls ziemlich lang. Einen Salat, den meine Frau bestellt hatte, habe ich qualitativ schon besser an der Fertigtheke im Supermarkt bekommen.
An einem Tag wurde unser Zimmer zudem erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage gereinigt. Zuvor war überhaupt keine Reinigung erfolgt. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin wurden zunächst lediglich frische Handtücher ins Zimmer gelegt, während die alten Handtücher sowie benutztes Geschirr und Gläser weiterhin stehen gelassen wurden.
Ebenfalls unangenehm ist mittlerweile die große Anzahl an Tauben im Hotelbereich. Besonders beim Frühstück im Außenbereich ist dies sehr störend. Sobald man seinen Platz auch nur kurz verlässt, stürzen sich die Tauben teilweise direkt auf die Teller und picken beispielsweise Brot und andere Speisen heraus.
Auch rund um den eigentlich sehr schönen Salzwasserpool ist die Situation auffällig. Dort sammeln sich die Tauben zum Teil in größeren Gruppen, baden im Pool und trinken daraus.
Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque las luces no funcionaban correctamente. Tuve que reclamar la incidencia por dos veces y esperar más de una hora a que vinieran a comprobar el fallo y a que me cambiaran de habitación. El lavamanos de la segunda habitación desaguaba muy lentamente y el agua se quedaba acumulada, pero ya no volví a reclamar porque tenía que salir a cenar y no quería volver a esperar otra hora y pico y tampoco me hacía ilusión tener que mover mis cosas por segunda vez ...
Por 250€ la noche, deberían de revisar bien las habitaciones antes de ponerlas en servicio !

Gostamos das óptimas condições do hotel! Staff muito profissional, quartos muito espaçosos, excelentes bebidas do bar da piscina e um muito bom pequeno almoço.
No jantar comemos supremos de frango e não estavam bem cozidos e com muito pouco acompanhamentos! Para um prato simples deviam ter mais atenção! A sobremesa" travesseiro" muito rijo! No restaurante esqueceram se do prato sopa do meu filho porque estava incluido no Nep Menu.

Un oasis paradisiaco con vistas al Atlántico
Prácticamente todo. El personal amabilísimo, muy atento con los niños, edificio patrimonial y su decoración y la parte de las habitaciones en un edificio moderno, con lo cual se combina las ventajas de lo antiguo con lo moderno. Jardín histórico y piscinas y zona infantil. Numerosos detalles con el huésped. Habitación y baño bastante espaciosos.
Es difícil encontrarle defectos.
