函館を満喫できました。
Pros:

フロントスタッフの対応が良く、第一印象は💮です。
朝食も選択肢があって２日間頂きましたが、別のおかずで楽しむことができました。特に、イカやエビなどをその場で焼いてくれるサービスは最高でした。美味しかったです！

Cons:

部屋の造りなのか分かりませんが、隣室のお客さんの『イビキ』が気になって二日目の夜は直ぐに眠ることができず辛かったです。
自分なりにベッドの足元側に枕を移して寝たり、スマホのイヤホンを着けたりと大変でした。

Average. Bathroom sink fixtures filthy with black mold.

Your front desk employees need training in customer service. They are curt with guests, not friendly, never smile. In our hotels in Hawaii, there is always at least one employee who can speak Japanese to assist our Japan visitors. Why is that not a courtesy for American visitors to Japan? No English translation! No English speaking workers! Why not?!?!?!

The staff was not friendly not helpful as I felt they should have been
Most of them did not make us feel wanted

わりきって連泊するのならいいホテルだと思う、ただしお風呂場のシャワーの出は悪い
Pros:

ロビーラウンジがよかった

Cons:

部屋は良かったがお風呂がシャワーの水の出がよくなかった、連泊時に清掃を無料ではしてもらえないのが今一つだと思った

Location is good. Near the station and the market.
Room was comfortable
You have a kind of lounge space you can use at the 1st floor with beverages.

Cons:

Depending on what you would like to do, location cannot be the best (30 to 40min walk from the cable station)
