Just amazing.
Pros:

Very good location, easy accessible to public transport and places of interest. The hotel lounge is excellent and with assortment of complimentary drinks is most comforting especially after a day long outing.

Pros:

The rooms were abit dated and dark but it is still comfortable. This is my second time staying here. I love this place as it is convenient, near the morning market, convenience stores and train/tram stations.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Everything was great - the staff were friendly, the breakfast was tasty with a variety of choices, room with the view, location right in the center, 5 min walk from the train station. I enjoyed my stay at the Resol hotel! Thank you

Mejor hotel calidad precio ubicación en Hakodate
Pros:

Fue probablemente mi hotel favorito del viaje.
Ideal para: Hospedarse en Hakodate con excelente ubicación, comodidad, buenas vistas y una experiencia completa dentro del hotel.
Lo positivo:
Este hotel me fascinó. La ubicación fue óptima: estaba a pocos metros de la estación de tren y también muy cerca del tranvía, lo cual permitía llegar fácilmente a los puntos clave de Hakodate.
El hotel era muy bonito y tenía varias áreas que hacían la estadía más agradable. Contaba con un área de bebidas complementarias y una zona de estar muy cómoda y acogedora. También tenía un piso dedicado al entretenimiento, con un gimnasio que, aunque era poco funcional, se agradecía porque fue de los pocos hoteles que al menos intentó ofrecer un espacio para hacer ejercicio. Además, tenía un mini golf que nos entretuvo bastante y fue un detalle muy divertido.
En el último piso había un área de bar con vistas hermosas a la ciudad. La atención del bartender fue excepcional; tomamos varios tragos y pasamos un rato muy bonito.
La habitación era súper amplia, con camas grandes y cómodas, buenas cortinas para dormir bien, y un baño amplio, cómodo y funcional.
Fue mi hotel favorito del viaje. Me volvería a hospedar mil veces por la ubicación, la comodidad, las vistas, las áreas comunes, el bar y la experiencia general. Lo recomendaría muchísimo para visitar Hakodate.

Cons:

No tengo puntos negativos importantes. El gimnasio podría ser más funcional, pero aun así fue un detalle positivo que existiera un espacio para ejercicio.

Good for a budget stay
Pros:

Close to the station and the morning market, with a convenience store nearby. Although the building is old and the room is small, it was perfectly clean. The lobby has plenty of seating where the guests can enjoy free coffee and tea.

Cons:

My room was facing the street and it was a bit noisy during the day, but it was quiet at night.

Pros:

Location was central

Cons:

The rooms smelled really bad. Not dirty, just musty and old. We are generally not fussy but we couldn’t stay there. The staff showed us about 4 rooms and they all smelled the same. Took up to 2 hours to negotiate a refund from impassive staff before searching for alternative accommodation. Not a pleasant experience.
