Important information:

Please note that the apartments are located in a building opposite the hotel. Guests staying at the apartments have access to the hotel's facilities.

Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization.

Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If the name on the card doesn't match the name of the booking, please contact the Hotel Laumon in advance.

If your reservation is nonrefundable, you will receive an email from the establishment with instructions to complete the payment quickly and safely after confirmation. The hotel can initiate the process of canceling the reservation in the event that the payment is not completed within the next 48 hours.

Only in the case of reserving the apartments, a deposit of 300 EUR will be requested to cover possible damages.

In case of staying in the apartments, the tourist tax is €5.50 per person (from 17 years old) and night, direct payment at the reception.

Pros:

Üç gece kaldığımız otelden çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar son derece yardımseverdi ve her konuda bize destek oldular. Kahvaltının ikram edilmesi de hoş bir sürpriz oldu. Otelin metroya yakın konumu sayesinde şehir merkezine sadece 20 dakikada ulaşabildik. Ayrıca, sakin bir semtte yer aldığı için kendimizi güvende hissettik.

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses. L’ensemble du personnel ont été très accueillants, aimables, à l’écoute et respectueux. Je n’ai eu aucun problème durant l’ensemble de mon séjour. Je vous recommande cet hôtel à 1000%

Hotel fuera de la zona mas turistica pero en una buena zona bien ubicado y no tan honeroso

esta muy bien ubicado a unos 300 metros del metro, en una zona no turistica pero genuina, con bastantes restaurantes cerca,

Cons:

El hotel todo perfecto, Barcelona me parecio muy cara para la calidad de los servicios que ofrecia y lo estoy comparando con Monaco, Munich, Viena, que no son ciudades baratas por ejemplo en Monaco por ejemplo nos alojamos en un hotel muy superior a mitad de precio, Es importante aclarar que el Acta Laumon era la mejor opcion por el precio respecto a los otros alojamientos que tenia disponible al momento de reservar.
