The proximity to the beach. The corridor snacks and free coffee/tea. The availability of the staff.
The interior design needs some improvement. The windows are thin and not isolated therefore you hear the street In your room! Specially the rooms facing Ha’Yarkon St. and that horrible!!

A labyrinth of stairs and elevators to access your room (elevator up, to then come down again somewhere else with no elevator).
View from the room into the inside of the building. Zero light from outside.

Outside of my windows where it was internal courtyard it was a dirty and depressing outlook. Needed maintenance.

Előbb az irodába kellett mennünk, de zárva volt. Több mint egy órát kellett várni, mire odaértek.
Az elhelyezkedés szempontjából nem a legjobb,mert nincs a környéken élelmiszer bevásárlási lehetőségés közvetlen előtte egy mecset van, tehát a müezin hallatszik.
