UN LUGAR CON ENCANTO
Pros:

En lo que a el hotel se refiere, es un hotel clásico, que sería perfecto con algunas actualizaciones, pero tiene ese encanto de los hoteles clásicos, piezas muy grandes y espacios amplios.
El desayuno, nos marchamos muy pronto y nos prepararon una bolsita con unas frutas y unos bollos, por lo que no lo puedo valorar.
La piscina es un plus para estos días calurosos.

Cons:

Estuvo muy mal el restaurante. No hay variedad, no hay opciones y eso hace que se quede corto en cuanto a calidad.
Viajamos participando en el Les a Les y la organización te da un bono de 20€ para la cena, en otros restaurantes, cenas lo que quieras y de la cuenta final te descuentan esos 20€.
Aquí nos prepararon un buffet bastante simple, sin posibilidad de ampliar o modificar nada.

I liked the location - the room size.

Cons:

The tv’s did not work. The general state of the building was run down. The staff in the dining room were not very welcoming. The breakfast was not very good. Cleaning was not up to scratch.

Die Lage ist perfekt und man ist 5 min entfernt von allen Geschäften und Spaziergängen am Fluss Voulga! einfach perfekt auch zu den Termas nur 5 Minuten

Um Palace sem luxos mas muito bem conservado e com bom serviço.
Pros:

Edifício em muito bom estado de conservação apesar de antigo. Algo sumptuoso. Suítes com enorme área. Hotel um pouco “à antiga”, como nós apreciamos.

Cons:

Nada correu mal.

Pequeno almoço muito bom, com muita diversidade de produtos e o staff sempre a repor.
O quarto soberbo.
As instalações são magnificas, com uma decoração muito cuidada.
A limpeza nada a apontar... 5*

A melhorar:
Penso que já deveriam ter umas casas de banho mais modernas, se bem que as atuais são excelentes.
Rever o aquecimento nos quartos, apesar de ter uma temperatura boa, o AC não funcionava para o quente.

O edifício é lindíssimo. A zona envolvente é maravilhosa para passear. Funcionários muito simpáticos. O pequeno almoço continental não desiludiu.

Cons:

Apenas à noite o edifício fica extremamente quente, levem sempre tshirt.
