Lokalizacja, wyposażenie pokoju,

Brak włączonego ogrzewania, dwa łóżka pojedyncze , gdy zamówiono jedno podwójne.

Brak empatii u pracowników. Była impreza -zespół Baciary w hotelu- okazało się że jest zakaz wychodzenia z imprezy do hotelu nawet po środki higieniczne (okres) czy buty na przebranie. Zero informacji przed wejściem o takich zasadach. Chcący wyjść z sali trzeba kupić nowy bilet (120zl/os). Podczas rozmowy z ochroniarzem (jedyna profesjonalna osoba w cały hotelu) podeszła pani z ochrony i zakazała z nim rozmowy grożąc wyrzuceniem z imprezy. Śniadanie w cenie 70 zł a jakościowo i ilościowo bardzo słabe (na gorąco: tylko jajecznica parówki i pancake). Nie polecam! Polecam koncert zespołu Baciary ale w innym miejscu!

Jediné, co nebylo ideální, je parkování. Před hotelem bylo parkoviště plné a za hotelem je sice plocha hodně velká, ale dostat se k ní není úplně jednoduché.

Receptions personalet var venlige, og rare.

Cons:

1 Restaurant medarbejder var direkte ubehagelig 2 dage i træk, hvilket gjorde at j vi fravalgte Restaurant besøg resten af ferien på hotellet og af samme årsag, kommer vi ikke igen.

Wszystko OK oprócz telewizji

Cons:

Telewizja była nie do ogladania poza tym powinien być spis programów na którym kanale jaki program, żeby nie trzeba bylo przesuwać wszystkie programy. Mała usterka żeby przywołać windę na drugie piętro trzeba było zejść na pierwsze piętro i podjechać na drugie.ale to może się zdarzyć

Hotel BEZ KLIMATYZACJI. Do pokoi wstawione wiatraki.... Jeśli ktokolwiek liczy na odpoczynek przy +30 stopniach na zewnątrz to w pokojach się ugotuje.... Hotel zaczyna przypominać późny PRL a na pewno nie 4gwiazdki. Zdecydowanie potrzebuje remontu i metamorfozy.
