It was lovely. I love the place, when you are there one has no interest in going out.
Pros:

It is my second time in prideInn Flammingo, second consecutive year. I went alone in 2025 and love it and decided to go back in 2026 with my husband. It was lovely again expect for one aspect

Cons:

I forgot a coat in my room, communicated the hotel in the same day. Unfortunately, I was already travelling back home. Did not hear back from the hotel on the matter

CARRYING THE ONE DAY NO SHOW FEE TO THE NEXT DAY ATLEAST HALF OF IT SINCE THE ROOM GOT OCCUPIED
Pros:

The Allinclusive bit ie food drinks snacks etc plus the waitresses mostly the small brown girl she's really very hardworking plus good customer care

Cons:

I missed 1 day not coming because I missed my flight but the room was not left free it was given to someone so I would expect some small refund to use it on the day I extended since the room I booked was given out on that day I missed but nothing like a top up but instead I pay a full night that's not fair

If the room was reserved and not given out that would be understandable...

L’emplacement et la sécurité

Cons:

Lorsqu’on réserve une chambre pour une personne et qu’on se présente finalement en couple, il n’est pas clairement indiqué lors de la réservation qu’un supplément de 62 dollars sera exigé sur place pour la deuxième personne, alors que le tarif affiché sur le site est de 27 dollars.

Une fois sur place, aucune modification ou régularisation n’est possible directement via l’application. De plus, l’accès à la réservation nous est même refusé, ce qui ne permet pas de régler la situation facilement.

Cette différence de tarif et le manque de transparence dans la gestion de la réservation sont particulièrement décevants. Je trouve cette situation vraiment abusive.

It's not that I didn't like the lighting, it's just that I'd have loved a bed side lamp so that my overhead light does not disturb my sister as I love to read in bed before sleeping.
