Pros:

The location is super, food excellent with a very wide variety, room spacious with ocean views and an expansive swimming pool.

Cons:

There are palms around the swing pool but no shade most of the day. The management may consider a shade on a part of the big pool

Fantastic food, pool and animation team.
Pros:

We always enjoy the buffet, the pool and activities. The food is very good, a lot of choices and all types. The staff at the restaurant is kind and professional.
The pool is very clean and well maintained.
The animation team is great, they have fun activities and they create a nice ambiance.

Cons:

The check-in was bad. We were told to sit and wait for someone to come see us but nobody came. We had to go to the counter. The staff was acting rude and not welcoming or helpful at all. They told us to go eat and come back but we still had to wait when we came back from lunch.
They have build a new spa and it’s very beautiful and attractive but the prices are very high.

El buffet bastante bueno y completo. El trato del personal fue genial. La piscina esta bastante bien y justo al lado la playa, donde a parte de bañarte tienes actividades como motos de agua. Las habitaciones amplias y comodas. El todo incluido merece mucho la pena

Hay que tener cuidado porque hay monos en el hotel y pueden darte un susto. En el todo incluido solo se incluyen cocteles, y el horario es muy reducido

The hospitality was outstanding, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to complain about—everything met our expectations.

Upgrading the rooms with smart TVs would make the experience even better, as many guests nowadays enjoy watching Netflix and YouTube during their stay

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the large pool is absolutely beautiful. Balozi beer was a good option. The beach is also pleasant and enjoyable.
Please note that these comments apply to the all-inclusive package.
What truly stood out, however, was the staff and overall service—simply remarkable 👏👌. The team carries a genuine, glowing smile from morning to evening, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Well done to the entire staff, and to whoever inspires them.

Cons:

The food was just okay and could certainly be improved. Unfortunately, the cocktails were not up to standard, and the juices tended to be too sweet.
Entertainment could also be improved, for example by including a live band.
