Huge property. The staff were friendly. The exterior of the property was well maintained. Breakfast was good. Lovely pool. The spa treatment was next to the beach, and the massage was good. We had a lovely time.

Cons:

Feedback regarding certain issues has been addressed to the management, with a positive response. They listened and understood our concerns.

Customer care in all the services ( Reception, Restaurant, Swimming pool, Reservation, security, room service, kids entertainment etc.. very professional, motivated staff! keep it up.

Special thanks to Samson from the reservation/management team for all his support throughout our stay.

Cons:

The washroom and plumbing system in both family apartment in Kalua and the Family suites need urgent renovations.

We had an enjoyable stay overall. The reception was excellent, the food was great, and the catering team provided top-notch service. The kids’ club team also did a fantastic job keeping the children entertained.

Cons:

The family room, however, could be better maintained considering the price. The seats and mosquito nets were noticeably dirty, and the double-decker bed did not feel stable enough for younger children. A single bed was provided when we requested a change, which we appreciated. The bathroom area needs upgrades, the sink was particulary not appealing

We had a great stay overall. The check-in process was the fastest I’ve experienced, and the staff welcomed us with refreshing drinks, which was a lovely touch. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The all-inclusive package was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. The pool was beautiful and spacious, the beach was clean and enjoyable, and having restaurants within the resort made everything very convenient. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly

Cons:

The rooms could use some updating. The air conditioning in our room was old and quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep, and it stopped working briefly during our stay. The blanket was also a bit too short for the bed. We booked six rooms, but some rooms had different amenities despite being the same room category, and my aunt’s room also had air conditioning issues. More consistency between rooms would improve the experience.

Pros:

Il posto è molto grande e dotato di bei servizi e begli spazi. La colazione è molto buona e ci sono tante tipologie di cibo a disposizione e lo staff è sempre molto carino e cortese, pronto ad accogliere qualunque tua richiesta. Ogni sera c’è un’attività da fare per cui ti intrattengono con gioia. La stanza è spaziosa e abbastanza pulita e sia in piscina che in spiaggia c’era privacy e posto per tutti, nonostante il residence sia davvero grande.

Cons:

Il Wi-Fi non funziona e abbiamo chiesto più volte conferma di avere il transfer per l’aeroporto ad un certo orario ma è arrivato 20 minuti dopo (fortunatamente avevamo margine di tempo).
