déçu par les prestations annoncées tout compris alors que hors buffet la majorité est payante

chambre confortable, douche pas pratique
piscine avec musique, il voudrait plutôt dire musique avec piscine
repas buffets abondants, mais tous les plats chauds décevants, à peine digne d'un mess ou refectoire

Cons:

les plats chaud des buffets ne sont pas à la hauteur de l'hotel, trop cuit, rechauffés, viande séche, pâtes trop cuite......
le volume de la musique à la piscine, impossible de faire une sieste! ou de lire
douche seulement equipée d'un petit pommeau de ciel , compliqué de se rincer sans faire de gymnastique ou de prendre une douche sans etre obligé de se laver les cheveux, Madame pas contente........
pas d'eau disponible au petit dejeuner, possible au verre apporté, bouteille? robinet?
la formule ALL IN est une arnaque,
une bouteille d'eau supplémentaire en chambre : payant
biere en bouteille au repas : payant
petit déjeuner en chambre : payant
une boule de creme à la glace à la piscine : payant
etc etc
plutôt que de preciser sur votre site "tout compris" il serait plus honnête de specifier nombreuse prestations payante hors buffet dans la formule tout compris.
d'autant plus que le personnel ne vous previent pas que vous commandez hors "all included" et vous présente l'addition après la consommation.
bref sensation de s'être fait avoir....commentaires de la direction "au Kenya c'est comme cela la formule all in!!!!!!!!!"
bref pas vraiment 4 jours relaxants ce qui était l'objectif

Um bom resort à beira praia!
Pros:

Dos funcionários muito atenciosos, piscinas, breakfast ótimo, com opção comida indiana. Localização do hotel junto à praia e do jardim defronte ao hotel.

Cons:

O resort precisa de manutenção nos quartos e a limpeza é deficiente. Infelizmente tivemos chuva durante a nossa estadia. Guarda-roupa estava sujo.

Staff are amazing
Pros:

The food, the facilities, pool, location to beach, the staff were amazing, Khamisi in the kitchen, Michael the baggage handler, also all the upstairs resteraunt staff were amazing. I will be returning again in a few months, although will be changing my room choice.

Cons:

The room I booked was the superior suite, but the room was worn out, bathroom tiles discoloured, damaged, sink damaged, bath discoloured. The room was very tired, for what I paid, it was not worth it.
Much preferred the look of the suite opposite that was newly decorated & smaller rooms downstairs. The shower had little pressure & lost water altogether during showers. Comfort is lacking in this room due to the worn out, tired look.

Jambo - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich und die Getränkeauswahl in Ordnung. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und wird modernisiert (im Moment das Gym) hierfür steht aber das Gym im Partnerhotel zur Verfügung. Kostenlose Shuttle wird auf Abruf gestellt.
Bettenqualität ist in Ordnung, für uns zu hart, aber lieber so als Schlafmulden.

Cons:

Als AI-Kunde hätte ich erwartet, das ich kostenfrei Espresso oder Kaffee bekomme. Es gab nur Filterkaffee zu den Mahlzeiten im Hauptrestaurant sonst nirgends. Die Musik am Pool war extrem laut.

I didn't like that my early check in request was ignored, at first I was given a room that was actually not sea facing, but after complaining they changed.

The all inclusive menu and options are also the poor quality in terms of drinks and snacks options, I would recommend they review it and at least make it value for for money.
