Molto bella perche immersa nel verde. Consiglio il giro con gli alpaca. Cena molto buona !

Pros:

The location is not too far from the center of Livigno, still in a very quiet and green area. The building is nice, all wood, rooms are functional, just about in terms of size, with extremely comfortable bed.

Cons:

The balance quality-price is not there, particularly at the restaurant, definitely too expensive even compared with restaurant in the centre of Livigno, similar food. The very same bottle of wine here cost 7€ more than in a restaurant in the centre of Livigno (34€ vs 27€). For the dog we had to pay 20€ x day. This is something I really dislike. I believe you should charge a one time fee for the final deeper cleaning, not an amount per day.

Un sogno tra i monti
Pros:

Più che un semplice soggiorno, una vera esperienza. Posto magico tra i monti, camere bellissime in stile montanaro, personale gentilissimo e super disponibile, colazione eccellente, ristorante davvero notevole (molto apprezzato lo sconto del 10% per gli ospiti). Consigliato il pranzo a buffet del lunedì e giovedì, con i lama e gli alpaca. Dai 17 agli 85 anni, tutti i membri della mia famiglia hanno apprezzato questo posto meraviglioso. Speriamo di tornare!

Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal!
Gemütliches Zimmer, sauber und modern. Zimmer und alle Bereiche mit Herzen eingerichtet.
Das Abendessen war nicht billig aber ganz ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und von höher Qualität mit Produkten aus der Region.
Auch die Sauna und das Dampfbad haben wir gerne benutzt.
Wir haben viele Stunden mit den Alpakas und DJ (Lama-hengst) verbracht. Das beste Wellness, was man sich vorstellen kann! Der Abschied ist uns schwergefallen.

Cons:

Achtung: jeweils am Mittwoch ist Restaurant und der Service mit den Tieren geschlossen.

Pros:

Die Lage ein bisschen ausserhalb von Livigno und gleich am Start zu ein paar schönen Wanderungen ist perfekt. In der Nacht ist es absolut ruhig. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und sehr vielfältig.

Cons:

Das Agriturismo ist perfekt für Kinder und deshalb wird es stark von jungen Familien gebucht. In unserem Fall war das nicht ganz ideal, aber natürlich kein echtes Problem, sondern etwas das gut zu wissen ist.

Great place, would recommend, we will definitely return.
Pros:

The property was located in a beautiful setting. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and had all amenities needed. The staff were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. Our host, Paolo, really made us feel like we were old friends. Although a bus ride (10 min) away from the centre, it’s easy to navigate and we didn’t find it an issue. Will definitely return.
