It is very close the airport and therefore our small stay made it easy. They arranged a complimentary shuttle service to pick us up and staff was friendly.
We stayed here basically with just enough time for a very late dinner and sleep. The hotel was clean, beautiful, spacious and had an amazing view. It's right on the lake!
The pool area was gorgeous! The staff was friendly! The service was very slow at the bar and restaurant, but what they made was tasty. Only complaint was that it took 1/2 hour to get my drink at the bar. It was delicious, but not sure why it took so long.
I would recommend this Protea hotel.
The pool is nice but it is totally overcrowded by children! There is no chance you can relax at the pool.
Parking et emplacement
A notre arrivée, la clim de la première chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement. On a dû changer de chambre après plus de 30 minutes. Ce n'est pas acceptable pour un hotel de cette catégorie.
Le mode "swing" de la clim ne marchait pas dans les deux chambres.
Le check out à 10 heures n'est pas non plus digne de ce standard ce devrait être 12h comme dans tous les établissements de ce standards.
Pas de clim dans la salle de restaurant où il fait très chaud au petit déjeuner
Il n'y a qu'un ascenseur, vous devez traverser tout l'hôtel pour le prendre, ce n'est pas du tout bien pensé
Pas de boisson de bienvenue à l'arrivée
Le rapport qualité prix est très peu satisfaisant. Pour 347 USD la nuit, on s'attend à beaucoup mieux.

Showers not the greatest regulating the water temperature was a struggle & although clean the shower looked old and dirty . For the cost of the hotel I expected better.

Nothing of note
Conveniently located near to the airport with free airport shuttle. It is a large hotel but quite empty mid week. The views over Lake Victoria are stunning. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good, strong hot shower, with basic amenities. We dined in Tides in the evening which was delicious but a bit pricey (expected in an airport hotel). Breakfast was very good. Check-in and reception were very good.

Perfect Location, the view is breathtaking. Really nice food, amazing staff. Everything was perfect and worth the money. Will surely stay again
