La comodidad de las habitaciones, la variedad y calidad de las comidas del restaurant, y el circuito de agua

En realidad fue una muy buena estadia, solo que el día del check out, me encontré con la sorpresa de que el IVA, no estaba includio en el precio. Contraté mi estadia a través de Booking, como vengo haciendolo hace 15 años en hoteles de todo el mundo, y siempre queda claro, si están o no están incluidos los impuestos, cuestión que en este caso no lo era. El gerente con muy buena predisposición, viendo el precio que figuraba en la aplicación, me hizo una quita del monto que debia pagar.

Un lugar para disfrutar y regresar
Pros:

El circuito hídrico y el spa son excelentes. El responsable de entretenimiento en piscina, llamado Luis, es sobresaliente por su dinamismo, energía y buena predisposición en el trabajo, El desayuno y todas las comidad ofrecidas son de óptima calidad y abundancia.

cena y almuerzo rica y abundante, las instalaciones super confortables, muy recomendable el ambiente.

Excelente hotel, la pasamos muy bien.
Pros:

Sin dudas, la piscina con aguas termales y el restaurante son lo mejor.

Cons:

La habitación (309) estaba helada porque las ventanas no tienen un cierre hermético y se filtraba mucho aire frio de afuera, tanto que la cortina liviana flameaba. Era dificil calefaccionarla y se notaba al ingresar desde los pasillos calefaccionados.

Muy tarde los show musicales.
Las 23 luego de termas y cena no permitió a gente mayor como nosotros poder disfrutarlos.
Pese a desealo no pudimos vivirlos, creo que debería haber una opción a las 22 hs.

Tremendo Hotel!
Pros:

El hotel en si es todo hermoso. Resaltaria el resataurante que fue siempre excelente, sobre todo la atención de Franco.. y el SPA que era una maravilla.

Cons:

La cochera cuenta con poco espacio. Cuando el hotel esta lleno es dificil encontrar lugar. Hay una cerrada y otra semi cubierta y a veces no habia lugar en ninguna.
