Guest Reviews
The bed was really comfortable & Eric at the front desk was fantastic!
The whole 3rd floor smells like mold. The room was not cleaned as well as it should have been before our arrival.
The room size , Vameron at the reception was very kind and helping
Even if we signed for house keeping multiple times they didn’t always came even the sink wasn’t draining properly we ask for someone to fix it almost everyday for about 6 days then Cameron came to the room and fix it , normally a technician should have passed the following day
Clean
Beds, pool, hot tub and close to Siesta Key.
Clean and comfortable.
El alojamiento estuvo muy bien en relación precio/calidad. Podrían mejorar la variedad en el desayuno, sobre todo incorporando más fruta.
I liked the size of the room, as it was very spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service and were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
The photos were misleading, as the hotel was under renovation when we arrived. In addition, the breakfast offered very few options and the quality was disappointing.
Amazing
Simple but lovely breakfast. Food was amazing and had different options. We even stayed an additional night because we enjoyed our stay so much. Room was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Spotted a couple of dark hairs in the bathroom but other than that the room was spotless.
Can't think of anything.
Staff where friendly and helpful rooms large and the beds where really big and comfortable.
Breakfast was not the best but it was included in the price so was not a Major issue
