Great stay if you’re not planning to use the facilities. Excellent location and friendly staff.

The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was good - especially the first day! The location was great.

La estancia fue buena y tienen una excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel, el sercivio en recepción y el desayuno.

Cons:

Pueden mejorar la iluminación, poner luz blanca y amarilla. Y también cambiar el armario o guarda ropa por algo más bonito y que vaya más acorde con la decoración de la habitación y agregar plancha y secador de pelo.

Pros:

La ubicación, la habitación tenía buen espacio y la cama estaba limpia y cómoda.

Cons:

Al hotel le hace falta buen mantenimiento. En los detalles se ve la diferencia. Hizo falta un escritorio dentro de la habitación. La ducha caliente sale o muy caliente o muy fría. Algunas luces de la habitación ya no encendían.

Precio elevado para la calidad ofrecida

El check-in fue rápido, la habitación era grande, se encuentra en una buena zona, cerca de todo.

Cons:

Las ventanas de la habitación se encontraban sucias, lo que afectaba la percepción general de limpieza del espacio. Además, la habitación no contaba con armario ni con secadora de cabello, elementos básicos que se esperaría encontrar para una estadía cómoda. Adicionalmente, solicité una toalla extra debido a que la que se encontraba en la habitación estaba sucia; sin embargo, pese a mi requerimiento, nunca me fue proporcionada. Las almohadas eran excesivamente duras y el colchón igualmente incómodo, lo que dificultó el descanso adecuado. Por otra parte, la tranquilidad se vio considerablemente afectada por el ruido constante, ya que junto al hotel existe un establecimiento OXXO donde, durante la noche, varias personas se reunían a consumir bebidas alcohólicas, generando bulla de forma continua.

Service client déplorable, les réceptionnistes essaient de solutionner comme elles peuvent de manière très aimable mais la gérante s’est comportée de manière très grossière lorsque j j’ai demandé à ce q’on me prête un sèche cheveux , service qui me semble basique dans un hôtel de ce standing. Elle m’a dit d’aller à un salon de coiffure si j’en avais vraiment besoin! Jamais vu ça.
