The service in the lounge is pretty good! The lounge team （Karina，Diana ，Gemma）really take good care of the guests.

A special mention to Karina, Ace, and Diana — their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care stood out throughout my stay. Whether it was assisting with check-in, helping with local guidance, or ensuring every small request was taken care of, they consistently went above and beyond. Their service reflects the true spirit of Marriott hospitality.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes both business and leisure travel feel effortless.
Overall, this has been one of my best hotel experiences in Shanghai. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly comfortable stay.

Attentive, professional, and courteous staff. Good fitness amenities. Executive lounge has great variety of quality food and drinks with the longest happy hour I have seen (4 hours!). Many foreigner-friendly restaurants options in walking distance. Extraordinary value for money!

The room was spacious, well‑appointed and immaculately maintained, reflecting excellent cleanliness standards. Noise levels were minimal, ensuring a restful environment. In terms of value, the experience felt premium yet justified, given the quality of service and amenities.
The amenities stood out, especially the executive lounge, which provided a calm, exclusive space with excellent food and beverage options. The staff were the highlight consistently attentive, professional and genuinely warm, making the stay feel personalized and memorable.
Overall, this hotel delivers on every front in terms of location, comfort, service and atmosphere. A truly rewarding stay that sets a high benchmark for hospitality in Shanghai.
