A brief, but excellent, 1-night stay
Pros:

We had a very short 1-night stay on a weeknight in August. We had been here several times before. As before, the stay was lovely. The room and view were great. Breakfast was very tasty.

Mistake of front desk staff did happen before during previous staying
Cons:

The performance of front desk staff very poor & un-smart
Keep on saying the credit card is not workable & requesting guess to use other cards for serval times but without sense to verdify the hotel payment system, eventually it was discovered by the guess the issues was caused by hotel system. It caused the guess spending more than 20 minutes standing without solution whereas the manner of the staff is no good as well

Comfortable abd spacious room
Pros:

Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed. I appreciated the refilling water service.

Cons:

I could not find the switch to turn the bathroom light off, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, or if there was we could not find it.

Pros:

Good location in sha tin. 24h gym. Really good air con (almost too cold).

Cons:

The breakfast was at times chaotic and in my opionion very few good choices if you a bit picky like i am. Thank god they had hash browns otherwise i would have not found anything warm to eat.
