The hotel was such a cute, homely feeling place. We were well looked after. The rooms felt beautiful, clean and authentic. The location was perfect, right near the square but quiet. Feeling very grateful to have had this experience when visiting Istanbul. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is very clean, close to all amenities,, and to the best touristic attractions such as the Blue Mosque , Aya Sophia and more. I have spent more than 10 days there and the service was always excellent.
The breakfast is also very good with variety every single day.
And special thanks to Leyla and Anissa, who were at the reception and made my stay even more pleasant. They are real gems.
I would recommend Ersari hotel, for the kindness of its staff and exceptional service..
I will certainly go back there each time I go to Istanbul.

Staff, room, location and breakfast excellent
My room was behind the breakfast area, which they sometimes locked. So when I wanted to access or leave my room, I was sometimes locked out, which means they had to come and open the doors for me multiple times. This was a little uncomfortable.

Un grand merci tout particulièrement à la réceptionniste, qui était formidable, très gentille, accueillante et toujours serviable. Son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité ont vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

The only ok thing about the hotel was the breakfast
The location is on a steep hill, the cleaniness was not great, the comfort level is bad, and they changed our room on our last night because there was a problem in electricity, however the new room had a very weak AC we had to use a fan to cool ourselves not to mention the language barrier, the staff barely spoke any english, i would only recommend to young people who are on budget and need a close place to attractions.
I really liked the excellent location, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and especially the warm and friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, which made our stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel also has a lovely atmosphere and offers great value for money.
