Pros:

This hotel was small but very comfortable. We had a junior honeymoon suite with a terrace. The staff are accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The young girl at the desk even carried my 25kg suitcase up 3 x flights of stairs despite her only weighing maybe 60kg herself. It was only a few minutes walk to all the major attractions in Istanbul. The breakfast was divine with many options cooked by a lovely lady. I would recommend this to anyone. In fact we stayed 3 nights and then a further night following our trip to Gallipoli and Troy.

Cons:

Nothing. It was fabulous!

Lovely hotel in excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location close to all the tourist sites. The room was comfortable with a great view. Breakfast was lovely

Очень понравился отель, уютно и чисто ! Персонал доброжелательный, девушка на ресепшене встретила вежливо и с улыбкой , сразу почувстовалось отношение к гостям . Завтраки очень вкусные! Расположение отеля отличное , в историческом центре Стамбула! Все достопримечательности рядом .

Мы отправились отмечать юбилей свадьбы - 45 лет. При бронировании отеля я написала свои пожелания по номеру (бокалы для вина, чайная пара и т.д). Все они были выполнены. При заселении, конечно, были неисправности, поломки в номере. Но все наши просьбы персонал выполнял в тот же день, что радовало. Очень приветливый персонал - две очаровательные девушки Лейла и Лиза, всегда готовые помочь, решают оперативно все вопросы.

Cons:

Очень жарко в номере. Спать с включенным кондиционером невозможно - старая, очень шумная модель. В ванной нет ни одного крючка, поэтому одежду при принятии душа приходилось бросать на пол. В комнате нет вообще полок, куда можно разложить свои вещи. Мы бронировали номер с террасой. Но такое палящее солнце. что днем на ней находиться было невозможно. Хотелось бы, чтобы владелец отеля рассмотрел вопрос о каком-нибудь небольшом шатре или зонтике. Ну и по завтраку - все 7 дней одно и тоже. Хотелось бы хотя бы минимального разнообразия. Спасибо за понимание.
