Nice a quiet area in a part of Tokyo. You are not in the middle of shopping areas but it’s easy to get there by the train. Also it’s easy to access to the Haneda airports both by trains and taxi! People are very nice and make me comfortable to stay there! Thank you!!!
Well, it’s not newly renovated hotel, so both rooms are tiny…

Having the train station 15 steps from the front door was a plus.
There wasn't alot of restaurant choices within' walking distance, especially in the morning - CoCo restaurant next door is a no no.
Very friendly staff, undsrground station is nextdoor. I also liked complementary matcha and DHC cosmetic samples.
今回はコンサートの遠征、競馬場、親戚回りなどで3泊利用した。
馬込駅の出口すぐ横にホテルがあり、荷物が多かったのでとても助かった。
真向いにはコンビニやスーパーもあり買い物もできる立地で便利。
1階にはココスがあり、朝食ビュッフェをそこで食べることができるが、これがとても美味しくお得感たっぷりでとても良かった。
私が一番うれしかったのはワッフルメーカーがあったことで、朝からデザート付きの朝食を食べることができた。
コインランドリー・乾燥機は各200円でこちらもまたお安く利用できた。
フロントでは宅配便の受付・段ボールの販売もしている。
ガムテープはフロントの方が貼ってくれるという親切さ。
フロントや清掃のスタッフさんたちは皆感じが良く親切だった。
東京旅行の際にはぜひまた利用したいと思う。
特にないが、強いて言えば、
部屋にUSBポートがあれば良いと思うが、建物が若干古めのようなので、
しかたないかなとも思う。
自分でアダプタを用意していったので問題なしだった。

建物は新しくはありませんが丁寧に清潔に維持されていると感じました。
駅とコンビニが近くて便利。
ツインルームでしたがとても広くて快適に
過ごせました。周辺のコインパーキングも無茶苦茶安い。17:30から翌日9:15まで停めてましたが600円でした。
今回はこの近くに用事で利用しましたが、遠くてもこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

国道１号線に面し交通の便が良かった。
駐車場は利用できたが、出発時にホテル関係のトラックが来ており出るのに苦労した。
