Great location but the hotel is not very well maintained

Great view of the lake. Great location

Cons:

The room was not very well maintained. Bathtub was VERY uncomfortable and very high. Scratched tub and linen curtain that didn’t completely stop the water from getting out

Pros:

De locatie is geweldig en het gebouw als oud klooster is prachtig om te zien.

Cons:

Het personeel was ok maar ook niet meer dan dat en het ontbijt was niet bijzonder. Dat je extra moet betalen voor een warm ei is belachelijk in zo’n hot

Great position, attentive informative staff, good food, good cellar

Cons:

No shower cap, very small quantities of shower gel shampoo etc. Quite a lot of dust and fluff in corridors. Plug wouldnt stay closed in sink

Bra läge precis vid vattnet men katastroffrukost inomhus!
Pros:

Fint poolområde med direkt badmöjlighet i den härliga Ortasjön! Så fina bad!!

Cons:

Utbudet på frukosten var bra men lokalen!! Man skulle äta frukost inomhus i en liten, trång, varm lokal! De har en jättefin altan dit man skulle kunna ta sin bricka men det var inte tillåtet. Man vill såklart äta frukost ute i detta underbara klimat! Måste ändras!

Excellent accueil de la réception ; ils parlent français et c'est fortement apprécié.

Beste Lage, Parkgarage gleich beim Hotel, Frühstück OK. Zimmermädchen und Reception hat sehr nettes Personal. Pool mit Life Guard. See hat extrem klares Wasser.

Cons:

Die Preise an der Bar. Das günstigste Glas Wein kostet EUR 10.
Beim Frühstück war das Personal nicht gerade zuvorkommend. Omeletten oder Spiegeleier können gegen Rechnung bestellt werden. Ansonsten muss man sich mit pasteurisierten Eiern zufrieden geben. Morgens um 7 Uhr fliegen bereits Rundflugflugzeuge. Air Condition läuft mit 22.8 °C und kann nicht reguliert werden. Man muss aufpassen, dass man sich nicht erkältet.

L’emplacement est incroyable, au bord du lac et dans le village, vue magnifique . Très bon accueil. Le parking.

Cons:

Impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse, on se retrouve dans une salle fermée au 1er étage. Les prestations du bar sont un peu excessives. Les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement: joints, peinture, rideau en plastique pour la baignoire…..

Very well located. It was our 3rd stay

Cons:

The room with the lake view was a fire stair , no lake , then we were shown another room , a small side no balcony room , again and told it’s one or the other by back office reception . If it wasn’t for the wonderfully helpful concierge we would have a ghastly stay . He helped the situation so well either way not only moving our luggage but influencing a change to , yees small room but balcony , rooftop over looking the lake .
Thankyou to him !! Customer service and making a difference . I’m sorry I dint know his name . Staff at the bar and around the pool are there but not engaged with their work . Uni kids, maybe boys working a sumner job . No engagement
