Incontournable...hélas...
Pros:

Incontournable car idéalement situé au bord du lac, à quelques minutes à pied de la piazza Motta, et au départ de belles promenades à pied, au bord du lac, d'un côté comme de l'autre.

Cons:

La dégradation des prestations au fil des années. Chambre (cellule de moine...admettons...) dont la "vue lac" est assurée par une petite baie vitrée mais à condition de sortir sur la terrasse... Confort très moyen, mauvaise insonorisation avec l'autre chambre et avec la salle de bains, absence de fauteuil même petit, placard insuffisamment aménagé donc manque d'étagères, manque de cintres, manque de place...mini-bar avec une seule cannette d'eau non renouvelée, gobelets en plastiques (incroyable et non renouvelés de surcroît), salle de bains avec insuffisamment de place pour poser des affaires, bonde de bidet HS, un simple rideau de douche dans la baignoire et aucune poignée pour pouvoir utiliser la douche en toute sécurité, gobelets en plastique (même remarque que précédemment), gel douche et shampoing en mini-dose une seule personne (tant pis pour un couple). Petit déjeuner ambiance "cantine" moyen de gamme, alors que la grande terrasse extérieure pourrait être utilisée...Buffet très moyen, peu de choix, qualité médiocre des produits y compris des fruits...manque de petites (et vraies petites) cuillères. Le personnel (pas tous heureusement) est de toute évidence non formé aux métiers de l'hôtellerie. Concernant la recharge électrique des véhicules, la tarification de la recharge des véhicules hybrides est de 20 €, soit le même tarif que les véhicules tout électriques, c'est inacceptable. Nous n'avons donc pas utilisé la recharge. Dommage pour l'écologie.

Pros:

Breakfast. One of the Italian girls was exceptionally friendly and remembered how I liked my coffee each morning.

Cons:

Reception not helpful. Plastic cups in rooms, different type of toiletries depending on room type. No slippers or dressing gown. Floors not swept. Hair from previous guest on floor. Feel for a single guest paying the price of two would expect better toiletries etc.

Really enjoyed our summer stay as we made the most of the lovely outdoor facilities . Would consider a return visit .
Pros:

Loved the location being right in the lake and in the middle of the old part of town. Loved the pool and the outside facilities . A highlight was the day we spent at the beach that the hotel has on the other side of the lake , we felt that the charge of 30 euros for the day including transport was worth it .

Cons:

The biggest let down was the breakfast room , upstairs , too small and stuffy. Breakfast was good could have been even better with a prepared to order breakfast station .The bedrooms were adequate with no frills. We had two rooms , a superior double and a standard double . They Both had a small old fashioned tv , no tea or coffee making facilities .

Traumhafte Lage direkt am See, schöne Poolanlage und Aussenterrasse. Das Zimmer war gross und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Wir haben 2 Zimmer der gleichen Kategorie schon lange im Voraus reserviert. Bekommen haben wir 2 unterschiedliche Zimmer auf verschiedenen Stockwerken und in verschiedenen Hausteilen. Im Zimmer unserer Freunde haben Lampen nicht funktioniert und die Halterungen im Bad waren nicht korrekt montiert. In unserem Zimmer war alles staubig und auf dem Boden waren noch Haare und Papierfetzten unserer Vorgänger. Auf die Bitte das Zimmer nochmals zu reinigen war wohl jemand da aber sauber war es auch danach nicht. Der Lift auf unserer Etage war ebenfalls sehr unappetitlich und schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Schade; und keine Referenz für ein 4Sterne-Hotel!

Amazing location with great swimming options but dated rooms
Pros:

Amazing location directly at the lake! You can either swim in the pool or the lake and they provide towels. We had a hotelroom that was a little broken and got an upgrade to the villa next door. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

View from the breakfastroom and the terrace is amazing.

Cons:

The rooms itself were quite dated and could very much need a upgrade. The bathrooms look amazing but are impractical, there is no shower curtain which floods the bathroom. The floor is made of marble in the room and thus very cold (especially at night). The breakfast could use some chicken/vegan options, not just pork. Lots of good looking salami/hams but unfortunate not for us.

Pros:

L’emplacement magnifique, la vue sur le lac et la piscine,le service voiturier qui nous a porté les bagages en chambre, le calme avec le double vitrage et loin de la route, à 5 mn à pied du centre historique, la Clim bien réglée.

Cons:

La douchette de la baignoire sans flexible un peu dure à régler, pas d’armoire de rangement juste une tringle en hauteur pour pendre les habits et tout petits tiroirs.
