Labai gražus ir išskirtinis viešbutis su jaukia atmosfera. Personalas buvo paslaugus ir dėmesingas, kambariai švarūs bei tvarkingi. Gera vieta mieste ir papildomas saugumo jausmas dėl viešbutyje esančios priedangos. Viešnagė buvo komfortiška ir maloni.
Kai kurios patalpos ir įranga galėtų būti šiek tiek atnaujintos. Taip pat pasitaikė smulkių nepatogumų dėl garso izoliacijos, tačiau tai bendro įspūdžio nesugadino.

Хороше співвідношення ціни та якості. Зручне розташування. Непогані сніданки. Якісний інтернет.
Ліжко у бронюванні фігурувало двоспальне, в реальності виявилося меншого розміру.
Красивый холл, своя парковка
Бронировал люкс с двумя спальнями на двое суток. Вторая спальня - просто диван. В основной спальне - неудобная кровать, только одна тумбочка, никакого прикроватного света. В номере нету даже чайника. В ванной душ течет в трёх разных местах, хотя видно что сантехника дорогая (просто она не ремонтировалась). Шторка в ванной не достаёт на 10 см до края ванной и всё вытекает. Сам номер сильно "уставший", ремонт старый. В первый же вечер начались проблемы с водой - она быстро почти пропала. Утром на второй день она была, но потом пропала полностью. Персонал невозмутимо сказал "так через пару часов будет". В душевой кабинке лежит откровенно грязный коврик, смеситель завывает, когда открываешь кран. Полотенцесушители не работают.
Я бы понял, если бы это был придорожный хостел за 10$, но это люкс в отеле 4 или 5 звёзд в крупном городе за 120$. В общем, мы оттуда сбежали. Максимально НЕ рекомендую
Breakfast..if you don’t have early plans.
I had the upgraded suite. I remind you this is supposed to be a 5 star ⭐️ hotel…ummm at best 3 but I would say 2,5 is more appropriate.
None of the power outlets worked near the bed. So no light by bed or phone for alarm next to bed. No clothes iron! Took all the towels except one leaving no hand towel or floor towel even. You get a thin robe without slippers.
One person spoke English and none of them seemed very friendly or interested in helping except the door men and kitchen staff. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:00 am so if you have early bus or business even at 7:50 am would not allow you to grab a bite to eat. Breakfast was the best thing about the place. The hotel is gaudy decorated old fashioned and lots of amateur art work for sale for hundreds of dollars. Tiny elevator. Not sound proof rooms. Heat could not be adjusted in the room no matter how many buttons you press. Outdated and uncomfortable.
I took 2 small alcohol bottles and two waters and peanuts from the mini fridge and the total was $40!!! I’m certain there are more modern and price appropriate options nearby.
Very friendly staff that helps you with a smile, excellent location right in city center, not far from local sights.
Breakfast is humble, though tastes very good - all dishes and products are very fresh and tasty.
Room itself is also good - pretty spacious, bed is comfortable, all the accessories are at their places.
And another feature of the hotel is it’s interior, which is pleasant in general, but at 2nd floor there’s something special - mini collection of Marilyn Monroe’s dresses and other things. 🤩
