Pros:

Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Good location with plenty of dining options. Staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

Pool was very close to pedestrians. Smell from kitchen was noticable at the pool.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

First rate hotel, quiet, great neighborhood with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean place. I would look forward to staying there again. There’s a free breakfast, but you’re better off going to the Barking Dog nearby.

Great Hotel
Pros:

A great hotel with wonderful, friendly staff. Lactation is a 10 out of 10! Front desk staff was helpful and the room was spotless. Location was walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Pros:

The rooms are beautiful and well stocked. The pool and billiard area were very nice.

Cons:

The food could have been better, runny eggs is never a good thing. Also, being gluten free makes it hard, not very many choices. A gluten free bread, bun, or pastry would have been appreciated.
Some staff were helpful, a few were not.

Great Girls Weekend
Pros:

Great multigenerational girls weekend. Stayed with my sister, mom, and aunt
Celebrated milestone birthdays. Bed slept great. Good view of pool from room. Cabinets were a bit worn and squeaky, but everything else was pristine and wonderful. Great location at North Hills, so much to do, would recommend again!

Definitely will be back!
Pros:

Loved my stay in North Hills. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and overall things to do. Perfect for a family because of the spaciousness of the rooms. Plus Kevin was great our whole stay.

We were there for one night but it was a really good experience.
Pros:

Spacious clean rooms, hotel staff very hospitable!

Cons:

Parking, well the lack of parking. Moved our car to shop and then couldn’t find any place to park. We ended up valet parking.
