Besonders die Lage
Personal wusste nicht wie man zum fährhafen kommt
Non male come albergo, anche se la stanza piccolina, però pulita, con letto comodo, il bagno molto piccolo. La colazione buona con ottima scelta tra dolce e salato. Certo non è un albergo dove fare lunghe vacanze.
Extremt litet rum som var jättevarmt och saknade aircondition.

We waren niet geïnformeerd over het feit dat er een feestweek was en konden niet bij het hotel parkeren. Dat deden we een kwartier verderop bij het station en dat was erg duur.

The view from the 5th floor—looking out over the rooftops and historic buildings of the Grand-Place—was pleasant. The curtains were effective at blocking out light, and the bedding was exceptional (a very comfortable bed).
The breakfast was varied, hearty, and high-quality.
Commentaires
The check-in was so rushed that the receptionist didn't even direct me to the right elevator! As for check-out, you simply drop your key card into a collection box.
The room felt impersonal, with bare walls and a setup of low comfy chairs and a coffee table in light wood were not practical for writing.
All in all, the establishment's general atmosphere isn't particularly welcoming.
Location just 3 minutes from train station and 3 minutes from old town
Rooms small but we knew that. We did not expect the beds to be so uncomfortable. They gave no lumbar support because it seems the bed is the base that would usually have a mattress on top. The bed at 140cm width is very narrow for two adults
The reception staff was very friendly. Good location close to old center and train station. Quiet room. Clean.
Towels were missing in the room so I asked them at reception (very friendly). Finding the exit from the breakfast room was not easy, it could be indicated better
Wir hatten erst das Zimmer ohne Fenster gebucht. Das war aber so winzig und ohne Ventilation, dass wir nach einem besseren Zimmer gefragt haben. Wir haben netterweise ein gratis Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer war dann vielleicht 3 qm größer. Die Lage ist gut. Das Frühstück war auch ganz gut.
Die Zimmer sind so klein, dass man keinen großen Koffer vernünftig aufmachen kann. Viel Ablagefläche hat man aber auch nicht. Unser Bett war extrem durchgelegen und man wurde eigentlich nur vom Topper getragen. Generell waren die Zimmer günstig und abgenutzt eingerichtet. Bei uns waren auch Spinnen und Spinnweben.
