Comfortable room, pleasant staff, noisy with no soundproofing.
Pros:

Good location. Pleasant staff.

Cons:

Hotel allowed loud, annoying music to be played loudly inside and outside the Pub until midnight. There is no soundproofing in the building. When I complained the desk staff told me to use earplugs.

Pros:

The location to down town. Comfy bed and clean room. Mikes pub staff.

Lots of road noise, and a funky door in the halls maybe the carpet?

Stay here!
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Great central location downtown. The restaurant was absolutely amazing!

Cons:

Not the hotels fault but found out after booking online that if you book directly with the hotel you get free breakfast in hotel restaurant.

The hotel itself was very special. It reflected the era of the "Golden Age". The staff were all very pleasant and

Comfortable hotel fair price
Pros:

Beautiful completely updated old hotel. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is in downtown Nelson in a good location, but there is some traffic noise. The restaurant was fairly priced with good food.

The staff were great and the hotel was wonderful.

Cons:

The complementary breakfast was not included because we didn’t booked thru the Hume web site . At the price we paid for our room,the breakfast should have been included
