Vi var meget glade for at bo på hotellet
Pros:

Det er dejligt at man kan få lavet omelet om morgenen og der var dejlig frugt.
Dejligt med flere restauranter at vælge imellem til aftensmad

Cons:

Jeg synes maden i buffeten var alt for dyr i forhold til hvad man kunne få.
Og så var kaffen om morgenen dårlig.

Loved the Hotel and the Landscaping, remarkable pool area.
Pros:

The rooms were great and the hotel landscaping was remarkable

Cons:

Most of the beach sun beds are reserved, unless you go very early to the beach you will not be able to have a sun beds

It was overall actually acceptable because the hotel facilities, breakfast, and beach were good!
Pros:

The facilities of the hotel are very good and as expected however the room and the hotel itself is not as previewed on the listing at all. The room looked nothing like the pictures.

Cons:

The access between the reception and rooms is unusual, the hallways look like a plot of a scary movie, and the doors are not very sturdy and soundproof. The rooms look like someone took a really bad hotel and refurbished it however not in the best way possible.

Fantastic hotel with poor service
Pros:

The infrastructure is amazing. Swimming pool is great.

Cons:

Service level is not from a 5 stars hotel. Temporary hires and high personal rotation don't build what we are expecting from this type of hotel.

Luxury hotel, does breakfast very well but watch for the paying extras.
Pros:

Ocean view 4th floor room and facilities excellent. Toiletries inc razor, moisturiser, daily room water, hairdryer, great bed, aircon, safe, balcony, Netflix - all excellent. Breakfast excellent. Great 70m x 25m pool that was nice & quiet - no horrible pool music! Sunbeds and complimentary pool towels and even flipflops & robes. Great! Very short walk to beach.

Cons:

Restaurant prices in hotel… because there’s nowhere local to walk to they cane the prices. There’s a buffet option called Moby Dicks but was hit & miss on quality. Also was told it was €35/person but at checkout was €47 each plus almost €9 for a bottle of table water that was automatically opened and assumed free. In hindsight, spend on taxis to town for better food & value. Pool bar prices high too with a small plate nachos at €14.50 for example. Better do a Lidl run for your snacks. No hotel loungers on beach.
