O atendimento na recepção em que os colaboradores nem se levantam para cumprimentar os clientes e a atenção ao cliente no pequeno-almoço. Os quartos podiam estar mais cuidados, nomeadamente no nosso caso, a limpeza da janela e respectiva caixilharia…

Le SPA inexistant, le coffre-fort HS et la douche qui fuyait. Le choix de fruits au petit déjeuner était très modeste.

Pedi uma cama de casal quando fiz a reserva e quando cheguei não tinha cama de casal no quarto. Reservei duas massagens no hotel e quando chegou a hora da marcação, ninguém sabia de nada. Disseram que teria de marcar para mais tarde.
