La cama que nos tocó era muy incómoda, las almohadas toca cambiarlas y el wifi no funciono en toda nuestra estancia

Buena ubicación en Salamanca, en las inmediaciones de la Plaza Mayor. Eso sí, es muy complicado acceder con el coche por las restricciones de vehículos en el centro de la ciudad.

Cons:

No hay humanos que te atiendan en “persona”. Todo es online, nunca tienes contacto con personal especializado con la hostelería y con el turismo. Llaves electrónicas , accesos individuales, impersonales. Se pierde la calidad humana en las visitas a la ciudad. Idiosincrasia perdida.

It’s one of the best choices to live and visit Salamanca.

Mitten drin statt nur dabei.....

Wir hatten für unseren Aufenthalt ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht und haben dies nicht bereut. Die Aussicht auf die Dächer von Salamanca und die alte Kirche aus dem 16. Jahrhundert gegenüber waren wunderbar. Ebenso fantastisch war die Lage des Hotels nahe dem Plaza Major. Die gesamte Innenstadt mit ihren Gastronomie - und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein gute Frühstück gab es im Speiseraum im Parterre. Das Wi-Fi war schnell und stabil. Das ganze Hotel wirkte sauber und gepflegt und die Einrichtung strahlte durchaus Behaglichkeit aus. Das Zimmer war gut klimatisiert, was im Sommer durchaus wichtig ist.

Cons:

Parkplätze sind im Umfeld gar nicht oder nur in recht teuren Tiefgaragen ( 18€ - 25€ / 24h ) verfügbar. Es befindet sich im Regelbetrieb kaum Personal im Haus. Für Fragen oder Wünsche muss man ins nahe Partnerhotel.
