Très bon emplacement. Nous avions deux chambres confortables.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner. Le second jour, la personne qui s'en occupait n'est pas venue. Nous avons appelé. Personne ne savait ce qui se passait. Pas d'alternative, pas de compensation. Dans l'une des chambres, le lavabo fuyait.

Muy buena ubicación, limpio, espacioso. Cumple expectativas

Cons:

Fuimos con mascota e indicaba que tenía cama y bebedero y no es el caso. Como siempre llevamos los enseres necesarios para nuestra mascota, no nos supuso problema, pero en la habitación si hacían mención a la cama y bebedero para mascota, que resultó inexistente.

Qué teniendo una terraza no se pueda fumar, yo pedí esa habitación aposta pensando que se podía y no. Era en el último piso y no molestaba a nadie. La próxima vez iré a otro que se pueda fumar.

Emplacement idéal pour une étape à Salamanque
Pros:

Proximité de la Plaza Mayor et plateau bouilloire avec tisane et thé à disposition.

Cons:

Les clés électroniques, seul moyen d’entrer dans l’hôtel et d’accéder à la chambre…..pratique mais si on perd le téléphone ou bien si on n’a plus de batterie…..on fait comment ? Un verre de vin avait été renversé dans l’ascenseur, c’était une infection et il n’y avait personne pour nettoyer…..! Et que dire du parking introuvable malgré les explications données par une opératrice

Muy còmodo y limpio,pero un sistema virtual de llaves desesperante

El hotel, las habitaciones, realmente, estaban geniales.Limpias,muy fresquitas

Cons:

El sistema tan electrònico de acceder a la habitaciòn.Sin recepciòn, había que llamar por teléfono.Estuvimos una hora para entrar y que funcionara la llave virtual.
