Pros:

Facilities were amazing and the staff were incredible. Shuttle bus to the centre of chaweng was so useful.

Cons:

Loud Loud music from the place next door until almost two in the morning.

פקידת קבלה הייתה עצבנית ולא נעימה (וזה קרה לפני שהגענו למי שחשב שזה בגללי..). מבחינת מיקום - כל אחד ונוחות שלו, בעייני זוועה- בניה ליד מעיפה את כל האבק לכיוון המלון, רעש כל הזמן, אוכל לא טעים, חדרים זוועה - ישנים ולא נקיים וממש מסריחים. ברחנו מהר ככל האפשר למלון אחר , אפילו לא ביקשתי החזר או פיצוי.
יש המון מקומות טובים בסמוי, לא להתקרב למלון הזה..

Pros:

Amazing staff, all very friendly and super helpful. The pool was great, and the room facilities were good.

Cons:

The location is on a highway, so it’s relatively difficult to get around if you are not hiring a scooter. However, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the closest beaches which served very helpful!!!

Pros:

Good sized room and balcony with helpful staff who happily changed beach towels promptly after use, ready for the next day. There is close, walking-distance access to the beach (Chaweng Noi), but the hotel location probably requires a motorbike hire or regular taxi use.

Cons:

Certain aspects of the room were worn and dated, but renovations are ongoing throughout the property.

Locatie foarte buna, personal amabil
Pros:

Locatia este excelenta, personalul foarte amabil. Mi-a placut mult si piscina. Am putut inchiria scooter foarte usor de la hotel, asta a fost un mare bonus.

Cons:

Proprietatea este usor diferita de poze, in ideea in care in realitate se vede ca are nevoie de o improspatare. Miroasea putin a mucegai in camera, iar mobila si peretii in general au nevoie de o mica imbunatatire. Dar raportat la pret e excelent. Nu este trotuar pe langa hotel, asta a fost un pic surprinzator, dar noi am mers pe jos pana la primul 7eleven, pana la restaurantul Noree pe care il recomandam si este imediat langa, iar in rest ne-am deplasat cu scooterul inchiriat de la hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel, wenn man ein paar Kleinigkeiten ignoriert
Pros:

Sehr große Zimmer, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Frühstückbuffet recht übersichtlich, aber alles da was man braucht. Auch frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen nach Wunsch. Guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche und Badewanne, schöne Anlage

Cons:

Für den Preis wäre es schön, wenn man die Pools in Stand bringen würde. Viele nicht gesicherte Stellen, meine Tochter hat sich an einer Kante tief geschnitten. Die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage hat eine recht kurze Reichweite

Damp room, poor location, otherwise good hotel
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean.
If you like quiet location, with nothing (no shops) around, or if you have bike/car and you don't mind going by bike everywhere , then perfect for you.

Cons:

I personally didn't like the location. I couldn't even get to the nearby 7-Eleven on foot because there were no sidewalks, and it felt quite dangerous. I also missed having more restaurants and shops nearby.

Secondly, the room was very damp. After only two days, my clothes became wet and started to smell. The air conditioning provided little comfort, as it didn't reduce the humidity (but increased it!) and the room remained damp. It was actually more pleasant on the balcony, where the air felt much drier. Maybe it was just our room, I don't know.
