Great value for money, really enjoyed the stay. Dont expect the luxury or glamorous treatment, however, you will get an exceptional amount of bang for your buck!!! Also, the buffet breakfast is from Lonestar and is primo! Only costing $29 each!
Advertised on website that they would beat any other advertised prices outside their website by 10%, they did not honour this advertisement and argued invalid points. Had the concllversation had some sort of substance, (terms and conditions advertised) I wouldnt have made an issue. Its not a problem about money, more so a principal of advertising one thing and then creating excuses on the spot to dodge your lowest price guarantee.
Oh and the water pressure is trash in the shower

There was a lot of dust on the carpet behind cupboard with coffee and tea.
Surface of that area also not clean.

The location is very handy to everything like shops and restaurants and any events that might be happening in the CBD. Bed was comfortable enough.
There was a 3/4 full Kingfisher beer can on the windowsill and someone had obviously used the bathroom as someone hadn't flushed. I'm not sure if someone was doing that on a maintenance break or the room hadn't been properly checked but not what you want to see when you check into your room
The location
Very tiny rooms for 2 adults, fuse kept blowing so tv & fridge wouldn't work, figured out if we turned the lamp on they would blow, no hand soap, bathroom door handle falling off, dirty shower, kept up all night with a loud humming noise coming from the ceiling, louder at night, & when asked about it they said they would call maintenance to come & take a look but never seen them, we had to turn heat pump, fridge off to stop some of the noise but whatever the noise thats in the ceiling just didn't stop or get any quieter, no sleep at all. no spoons for hot drinks, wifi hardly work, no info in rooms to what's available in motel, which we found out later, nothing is available, to ring 0 for reception it wouldn't work. Overpriced parking, Doors banging all night so your room would shake. Horrible stay, I would say you pay for what you get but I think we overpaid. Only stars is for location, oh and my door key only worked half the time. Even if location is good. I would never book here again. Wish I read the reviews before booking 😭 4 days of hell. It seems too that they accommodate for students so that's there bread & butter. So they dont seem to care about other guests

Didn’t realise they are in the middle of renovations which meant the heat pump stuck on cooling and phones were not working. Hair dryer was not working also. We were provided a replacement and a heater.
Hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre d’Auckland, parfait pour profiter de la ville et découvrir les principaux sites à pied.
Malgré plusieurs demandes, l’ampoule de la chambre n’a pas été remplacée. Il n’y avait donc que la lumière de la salle de bain pour éclairer la chambre, ce qui n’était pas très pratique.
