Cancelations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. I liked the location! And the view from the room.
There was a hole in the cealing directly above my room, the hallways were dirty the elevator was disgusting and unmaintained I had a really bad and rude receptionist she was of Asian decent. She was super rude checking me in not just to me but other people trying to check in. She was rude to the other staff as well at one point she tossed a key at a cleaner it made me feel really uncomfortable! The rest of the staff were really lovely and accommodating!
Won’t be booking again!
