Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ganz ok.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, sehr zentral.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ok. Im Zimmer hat die Tür zur Toilette so laut gequitscht, dass davon sicher auch die Gäste im Nachbarzimmer nachts wach wurden.
Die Türklinke war kaputt.
Die Zimmertür ist fast aus dem Rahmen gefallen.

Perfect voor een kort verblijf midden in Bisjkek en voor een goede prijs zeer netjes

De ligging en prijs kwaliteit
Kamer was netjes en de bedden stevig maar lekker

Cons:

De ramen konden niet echt open omdat de bomen er te dicht op stonden. 1 raam kon helemaal niet open.

Really good value for money. I would recommend Hotel Rich and be happy to go back there.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful, and patient with me when I changed room (because I had not booked enough time initially, my bad not theirs!) The desk was manned through the night.
I slept really well, very comfortable bed.
The location suited me; about 30 min walk to most places I wanted to go. Taxis are also cheap so if I wanted to go further, or couldn't be bothered to walk, it was no problem.
The pool was clean and very welcome for a dip after a day of being in town.
A real effort was made for breakfast. I enjoyed the three kashas, and delicious jam and kefir, but if you prefer savoury there was plenty to please you. It was also great that the buffet stayed open until midday, so if you had a lazy morning or wanted a mid morning snack, no problem!
Bottled water and a fridge were provided.

Cons:

The hotel is located just off a main road, so depending on which side your room is, it could be a touch noisy but not a problem if you have the a/c on (= windows closed) anyway.
The shower could have been stronger, but it didn't spoil my stay.
There were usually a couple of ?hotel workers smoking at the poolside, which was slightly uncomfortable as a solo female taking a dip. Luckily I had a rash vest to put over my bikini, otherwise might have felt a bit awkward. For perfection, they would leave if someone, especially a woman, wants to use the pool.

Pros:

Good, clean rooms. Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful and spoke English.

Cons:

Shower was a little wobbly, so you had to hold it to use it. Air con wasn’t too strong either.

Uitstekend!
Pros:

We werden uitstekend ontvangen; het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zelfs bij het regelen van een taxi. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en er waren gratis flessen water beschikbaar. De kamers waren uitstekend en voorzien van airconditioning.

Cons:

Alles was goed geregeld.
