I would put an overall rating of 9.5, because everything was great except of situation with heater described above
Pros:

Location is perfect, personal was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and bed was comfortable

Cons:

For me only 1 pillow (a small one) was not enough. Also the presence of kettle on pictures and absence of it in the room was a bit misleading. But for me the real drawback was absence of heater (air conditioner is built in instead), it was pretty cold in the night

Eine gute Wahl
Pros:

Alles macht einen sehr sauberen, komfortablen Eindruck.

Cons:

Das Hotel sollte die Beschreibung der Zimmerausstattung an die Realität anpassen. Es gibt keine Minibar.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is the best, close to the town centre, close to the tram, close to everything..

Cons:

When we arrived the only lamp in the room didn’t work, so we asked in reception to replace it or to repair it and to that they said that there is no handyman to replace it. So we end up using the lights from the night table in the studio.
