Great location super comfy bed would recommend
Pros:

The room was great. The bed was super comfy. We actually love the views from our room. The location was amazing right next to the train right near the Maxwell food Centre everything was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was reasonable, fresh omelette was very good, most hot meals were between warm and cold, coffe was good.
Pros:

Location was very good, staff very helpful.

Cons:

Originally booked the loft superior king room. The King bed was jammed into a room so that you could only get in from one side, less room than a standard king. As soon as we saw it we immediately asked to change rooms and they accommodated us.

Great location - really close to MRT and key attractions. Helpful staff. Good standard of room.

Cons:

There was an open 'roof garden' area on one floor that was a bit of an odd place - no bar, no tables out, just some astro turf. next to the laundry. We bought food for a picnic lunch and though this would be a good place to eat it - out the way of everyone - just four of us, it was raining, didn't want to eat in our rooms..... there was a little shelter there. Two representatives of the hotel must have seen us on security cameras and came and told us we couldn't eat there as people may want to use the area. The place was empty. Literally no-one there. This was a bit unnecessary - especially as they were clearly keeping an eye on us via the cameras.

The room was very small, a nice chair to sit on would have been good. The small chair that was in there had wobbly legs

Best hotel in Singapore for location , price and friendly staff.
Pros:

Dorsett Singapore is a fantastic hotel—modern, comfortable, and perfectly located close to Chinatown and the MRT. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was a pleasure to return, and we will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Singapore.
