Stanza bella e colazioni ottime
The location was excllent
No complaints but suggestions : Lobby cleanliness could be better. The In-room dining option was missing which i feel is big drawback

there were dark fungus molds at the washing basin.
Do the housekeeping supervisors ever check the cleanliness of the room after it was cleaned?
The lightings in the room are dim and hairdryer is too small for effective blow drying.
Great area to stay would stay here again.close to the train, just a short walk to get the train to the airport, the best way by far.
The location, it is right next to the Outram Park MRT Station.
The toilet in our room had fresh poop stains waiting for us after check-in. The bedsheets were clean, but the set-up was sloppy with the pillows falling over and the bedsheet and blanket not tucked in.
Great location. Easy access to MRT, Chinatown and Tanjong Pagar. Spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms felt a bit tired and in need of some TLC. Two of the bed legs were broken, but this was rectified as soon as we brought it to the attention of the staff. The phone didn’t work, so couldn’t call the front desk. Toilet seat was loose and needed the lugs tightening. Not quite up to the 4 star rating.
La stanza è dotata di ogni confort con letto molto comodo. La colazione è abbondante e continentale.
La stanza puzzava di muffa nonostante fossimo al quarto piano del resort. Inoltre, non era possibile aprire le finestre per favorire il ricambio d’aria. Alcune camere si affacciano direttamente su una parete esposta a nord e presentano evidenti problemi di ventilazione.
Ho anche provato a chiedere un cambio di stanza, ma purtroppo il resort era al completo.
Trovo comunque inaccettabile destinare agli ospiti camere con problemi di questo tipo, soprattutto se la struttura ne è già consapevole. Sarebbe opportuno risolvere il problema di ventilazione prima di far soggiornare nuovamente le persone in queste stanze.
