Noise until middle of night and in the end I have tell them to be calm down because I can’t rest anymore.
Pros:

The location and easy access with the MRT,
The stuff not so friendly in the last day, and the breakfast just ok.
Quite noise still until middle of nights. Can’t really sleep and rest. And I have to knock the next door and telling them to be lite silence at this time .

Great location for a good comfortable sleep and swim to break up a long haul flight. Clean pool.
Pros:

Great location above/next to Outram Park MRT. Higher level rooms had nice view. Great clean pool.

Cons:

The breakfast was buffet but bland. The damaged pool loungers.

Short stay.
Pros:

Mary Grace who checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. Location is awesome next to Outram park MRT.

Cons:

Lobby is very well presented. Room is tired looking but for the money I paid, I am happy with it.

Handy to metro
Pros:

Beds were comfy and shower was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Metro was really close.

Cons:

Air conditioning was quite noisy, and hotel was on a busy road.

A wonderful hotel, friendly staff, amazing location, very clean
Pros:

The room was excellent, very clean and presentable. Wifi was super fast. Airconditioning wasn't the best in our room (my father in law was on the other side and his room was much cooler, it could have just been the position with the sun facing our room), but overall, was such a great stay and the metro below the hotel was such a good bonus. We would stay here again in an instant.

Cons:

Airconditioning could have been better in our room, very small complaint. I also didn't like the air freshener in the common areas near the lifts, but that is me completely nit picking and the stay was a 9.9/10 overall.
