My husband and i stayed here as a 1 night stopover on way back from Europe....value for money.
Pros:

good location ..... just couple of minutes walk to Outram Park MRT..and to Chinatown.
Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.the room was very clean and comnfy with a great city view from our window,,,, we would def stay here again.....good value for money.

Great location very close to MRT and value for money with a great lap pool for a swim and relaxing.
Pros:

Great location to the MRT and chinatown, cafe's and restaurants.

Cons:

No towels in the pool area and needed shade umbrellas - toilet cistern needed a good clean around the rim.

STAFF GENUINELY HELPFULL WITH A SMILE,NOT A FORCED SMILE. PRIME LOCATION WITH MRT CONVENIENCE & WALKING DISTANCE ALL ROUND. OVERALL EXPERIENCE A GOOD ONE & WILL BE BACK.

Cons:

FROM TRAIN TO DORSETT LIFT IS RATHER DARK. BUFFET: SALMON & TUNA TASTE NOT QUITE RIGHT & CRAYFISH AS USUAL BLAND,IMPRESSIVE TO LOOK AT BUT FLAVOURS NOT THERE.

An older style hotel, close to MRT
Pros:

The deluxe room was great. Roomy with a pleasant view to Outram Park across the road.
Very close to MRT and 10 minute walk to Smith St in Chinatown

Cons:

At first we had a standard room which wasn’t at all good. Badly designed bathroom with mould in the tiles. 😩 We complained & were moved the next day.
