קיבלנו חדר בקומה שלישית. אין מעלית ובשום מקום באתר של בוקינג לא היה רשום שאין מעלית. ניקיון חדרים מבוצע רק על פי דרישת הלקוח והממתנה של 24 שעות(לא נאמר דבר על ההמתנה בצ'ק אין).
זרם מים מאוד חלש במקלחת.

Honestly, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Everything was great!

El desayuno es"grab&go"- debe ser que no lo entendí así a la hora de reservar. Solo hay bollos, cereales, leche y batido de chocolate. La fruta es un espectáculo: 2 trocitos de sandía y 2 trocitos de piña, cuando digo trocitos son trocitos muy pequeños. Hay cafetera en la habitación y te dan sobres de café para hacértelo tú mismo. Ojo!!! Para que te hagan la habitación hay que pedirlo en recepción con 24h de antelación, incluso a nosotros nos dijeron que ya que habían hecho la habitación el día anterior, que no pasaba nada si no la hacían el día siguiente.El personal nada amable, te miran mal si pides más café, y el personal de limpieza está esperando propina siempre.

The Room smelled musty.

Arriving at this hotel felt a bit like eagerly looking forward to your favorite meal when you are hungry, only to be served something prepared without passion, burnt, and bland.

In general, I have been satisfied with Booking.com star-ratings in the past. Unfortunately, in this case, the actual hotel experience did not live up to the expectations created by its four-star classification on Booking.com and the hotel’s own website. I would, however, like to mention that the housekeeping staff did a great job.

The main issues were:

* The beach does not provide direct access to the ocean.
* There is no restroom in the pool area.
* The restaurant is closed.
* There is no elevator serving the third floor.
* The property is outdated, poorly maintained, and dirty in several areas.
* The air conditioning has a noticeable mould-like smell.
* The carpet in the room smells unpleasant.
* Breakfast consists of only a very basic grab-and-go selection, including cereal, fruit, and a few snack bars. Everything is packaged in plastic.
* The vending machine near reception is the only place where drinks can be purchased, and it offers only soft drinks. To be fair, free fresh water is also available.
* There are no conveniently located power outlets next to the bed, as one would normally expect in a three- or four-star hotel.
* The safe in the room is extremely rusty and appears to be there for decoration rather than actual use.

We would not have booked this hotel had we known what it was really like. We raised our concerns in person at reception, but unfortunately, this did not lead to any meaningful solution. Instead, we were met with a dismissive attitude from the reception staff.

My advice is to consider one of the neighboring hotels instead. They appear to be much better options.

Petit déjeuner mérite d’être amélioré

This hotel is pretty old ,rooms are really nice but the building is showing signs of wear ,a bit like myself .
Thats it ! No other complaints from me, What about you honey ? 😂
