他の部屋も気になるな〜
Pros:

新宿駅から近くて安かったので助かりました〜
古いマンションをリノベーションして、コンセプトホテル感があって、おもしろいなと思いました〜
タオルがフカフカで、バスローブがあった！ベッドも良かったです^_^
コンセントが多いのが良かったです。
部屋はキレイでした。写真は明るいですが汗
カメラの性能ですね、、。夜は明るく感じれてよかったです。

Cons:

アンティークコンセプトで、部屋の電気が間接照明で暗いので昼間はカーテン開けた方が明るいです。磨りガラスなので外から見られないのは安心です。部屋が暗いのが苦手な人はちょっと困るかも？ユニットバスが狭い、、、シャワーのお湯も水圧は良かったです。普通の電気なので明るいから安心。

寝るだけなら、快適
Pros:

JR新宿駅徒歩8分で、便利。
スリッパ、冷蔵庫、バスタブ、ガウンまであった。

Cons:

湯沸かしポットがあったが、コーヒー紅茶が置いてなくて、飲めなかった。
TVが無かった。
施設は古かったが、特に問題は無かった。

比較適合獨旅、重視交通便利性的人入住；如果是兩個人同行，整體空間會偏擁擠，不太推薦。

位置極佳，離新宿車站很近

Cons:

除非你喜歡復古老傢俱風格，否則飯店設施整體偏舊，房間燈光較昏暗、空間也不大，連一個29吋行李箱都無法完全攤開。

交通便利，距離大葉高島屋非常近，巷口也有便利商店
很幸運的房間可以提早入住

Cons:

下訂時有看到其他人評語說會有人員把行李送至房間，
直到入住當天check in完詢問是否有電梯，櫃台只微笑說沒有，完全沒有要幫忙的意思
就這樣扛著24吋行李箱到4樓
雖然住宿位置身在逛街聖地，但只推薦背包客或不會購物的人入住!
