Categories

Cleanliness
7.2
Mixed mentions: some guests praised cleanliness, but multiple reviews reported poor cleaning, stains on bedding, towels with holes and overall inconsistent housekeeping.
Service
8.9
Consistently praised: staff described as friendly, cordial and helpful; a few isolated service issues (e.g., refusal of extra pillow) but overall very positive.
Location
9.2
Repeatedly highlighted as excellent/central, close to restaurants, shops, transport and attractions—clear major strength.
Room Quality
7.6
Mixed room quality: some rooms described as spacious and comfortable, while others were very small, had limited storage, few power outlets, noisy AC and occasional uncomfortable beds or poor showers.
Amenities
7.8
Some useful amenities (hairdryer and iron for loan) noted, but complaints about non-smart TVs, lack of hot water at sink, limited sockets and elevator/entrance accessibility reduce the score.
Value for Money
9
Frequently called 'great cost-benefit' or 'very good value'; many guests said they'd return, indicating strong perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast was repeatedly praised as varied and tasty by many guests, though a few found it only reasonable.
Overall Experience
8.7
Generally positive overall: many recommendations and repeat intentions, with minor recurring issues (cleaning, noise, room size) that slightly lower the overall impression.

Pros:
