Unit 31 the worst ever, the rooms where filthy specially under the bed, the bedrooms stunk, beds had stains quilt also had stains, 2 white couches where filthy the arm rest where brown with filthy and stains, masters bedrooms bathroom had no hanging for towel to put no hooks nothing the list can go on and o. But not worth it, we ask for another room witch they said none. Other available this was at 4pm we ask for our money back, they said only if we had a medical condition, anyway we had to sleep on lounge cause beds, bathroom, carpet where filthy eventually when we woke up we dud have a rush , so we left and still waiting to get our money back, even dought at reception they said it would take 24 hours nothing yet, this Monday will be contacting department of fair trading

Overall we are happy to come back again.
Pros:

I loved the self-contained apartment, as it allowed us to cook our own meals and prepare breakfast whenever we wanted. Having an EV charging station was also a great bonus and made our stay even more convenient.

Cons:

We found some unclean plates and glasses upon arrival. One of the plates had a pink stain, which suggests it may not have been cleaned properly by the previous guests. We kindly ask that the owner double-check the cleanliness of all kitchen items before new guests check in. Thank you

Pros:

Beds were compfortable and great location pretty affordable for school holidays

Cons:

The manager was rude we accidentally slept in and asked if we could have more time and she said the cleaners had to get in .I was like i hope there not the same cleaners that done our room before we got here course it was fifthly hair everywhere and food crumbs the lovely lady that was at the desk helped clean it .But yeah nothing was offered back money wise or even a late check out so we went home in our pjs to finish of our two night spontaneous stay after loosing our dog thanks heaps

Great location. Clean and very comfortable

The apartment was very comfortable. It featured fantastic shower and spa. Comfortable beds and a fully self contained kitchen with everything supplied.

Good EV charger.

Cons:

The cleaning in our apartment was dreadful. Towels from the previous guests. Hair and food on the living room floor. Mould on the air conditioner. Food on the lounge.

They charge $70 if you leave garbage or washing up but they did not leave enough washing detergent.

The previous guests sanitary items were still in the toilet bin.

Very few toiletries and only one dishwasher tablet.

I would not return.

Pros:

Positive is the communication and location. We appreciated the comprehensive communication around late check in and general expectations. Location was quiet and near everything.

Cons:

Negative is the maintenance and cleanliness of the unit. Ensuite shower had a lot of mould. Main bathroom towel rack and shelf broken, and a used towel was in the back of the door. Broken blinds in the seating area also meant we did not have privacy from the car park. General cleanliness was lacking with marks and splatters on walls and blinds.
