Excllent experience. Friendly staff if not always behind the desk. Very clean with lots of amenitiee
Pros:

The room was great. Very spaciousl Very clean. But my only critique which they really need to correct is the slow INternet connection. I had my Verizon connection from NY so my phone was great but i work on my laptop and the Internet was terrible. NYT or FT. com or any website wouldn't load. I told the receptionist and he was surprised as he said my room was next to the router. THEY NEED TO GET FASTER INTERNET NOW!

Cons:

THE INTERNET WAS MUCH TOO SLOW.

El lugar tiene muy buena ubicación, el precio es bueno con respecto al mercado

Cons:

No es un hotel es como una residencia que alquila habitaciones pero con muy pocos servicios al no ser hotel ni hostal ni AIRBNB no tienes a alguien que te reciba tampoco tienes un lugar para calentar algo, luego de las 8pm no tienes a nadie para preguntar nada, pedí el favor de calentar un alimento y fue un poco incómodo, la verdad no fue cómoda la estancia, el ascensor queda a varios escalones y con las maletas es dificil el ingreso, solo hicieron aseo en la habitación 1 día, no me gustó .

Не смотря на то, что мы не заказывали апартаменты, мне очень понравилось проживание в апартаментах. Ухоженная трёхкомнатная квартира с двумя ванными комнатами и гардеробной. Местоположение прекрасное, в пешей доступности от Ватикана и крепости св. Ангела, сам район тихий и благополучный. Внимательная к просьбам и приятная сотрудница Мишель помогла нам заказать такси. В целом, отель очень хороший с качественными услугами.

Tragic, didn’t get anything that we expected from the booking app.
Cons:

The room smelled like mold, conditioner smelled bad too at first it didn’t even work. Old room not a hotel more like motel, view was very bad(photo), bed very uncomfortable. Walls like cardboard at the morning u could hear staff laughing like they were next to you. Overall a very bad experience.

Vedea spre San Pietro nu cred ca era posibilă din vreo cameră, o pernă eram murdară de ruj, la geam erau atârnate pe sârmă haine care puteau fi puse doar din cameră și televizorul nu mergea

Great staff, comfortable beds, amazing location. Great value for money.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful, they hold our luggage as we arrived earlier, the Air Conditioning was on when we arrived and room temperature was great considering the heat wave outside, the AC is also very silent. The extra sofa bed was comfortable, my daughter slept very good as the mattress was good, the pillows were memory foam. Location is excellent, a lot of bars and restaurants literally outside of the hotel, Vatican City close by. Although the elevator is old, I managed to carry in one go 3 luggage’s and 2 backpacks. A lot of safety features on the elevator (limit switches) so no complains there. Great value for money, I have no negative comments about the hotel.
