This hotel is a wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

It’s beautiful and smells like heaven. It’s very clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were just right. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful.

Presque parfait. Dans tous les cas fortement recommandé.
Pros:

Le cadre est exceptionnel, dans un endroit calme et vert (il faut dire que j’ai pu prendre la plus grande chambre, en fait un appartement 🙂). Le personnel est du même niveau, de ce que l’on s’attend dans ce type d’établissement.

Cons:

Un peu loin des transports publics principaux, surtout quand on doit marcher sous plus de 30 degrés, comme ce fut le cas début juillet 2026.
Impossible d’obtenir de l’eau fraîche à la douche (pourtant je la prends souvent assez chaude, même l’été).

Pas au niveau
Pros:

Accueil sympathique par le voiturier / les bagagistes sont serviables et dévoués
Chambres confortables, parfumées, SDB correctes mais eau chaude qui met 10 minutes à arriver
Facilité de la jonction en taxi avec le centre ville
La gentillesse de la dame qui a préparé notre chambre

Cons:

Froideur, condescendance des dames de la réception, qui sont inadaptés pour occuper ce poste dans un hôtel qui prétend proposer un tel standing. Elles ne font aucun effort pour s'intéresser à leurs hôtes, on devine qu'elles sont sur leur portable derrière le desk.
Suspicion désagréable sur plusieurs points (on nous appelle pour venir récupérer un ipad oublié dans la chambre, puis on nous passe péniblement à la question pour vérifier qu'il est bien à nous / on nous oblige à aller débrancher notre voiture pour restituer le cable de recharge avant de pouvoir aller déjeuner, en sous-entendant qu'on allait partir avec le cable ...)

Le pire c'est le bruit insoutenable la nuit: un système d'arrosage extérieur qui circule dans les murs produit un bruit de grélons qui s'écrase sur l'encadrement des fenêtres. Malgré les boules Quies nous n'avons pas fermé l'oeil..

Enfin, le personnel du petit-déjeuner et du déjeuner devrait peut-être candidater pour des postes de geoliers tant nous n'avons pas su ressentir un quelconque sens de l'hospitalité ou une once de joie de travailler. C'est ce qu'on doit appeler un métier "alimentaire"

Bellissima vacanza!
Pros:

La struttura è bellissima e molto profumata. La nostra camera era spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario e perfettamente pulita. Il soggiorno è stato ottimo, la struttura è così silenziosa che non sembra di essere a Milano. Colazione squisita e varia e ottimo anche il ristorante (non ci scorderemo il vostro club sandwich). Torneremo sicuramente!
