Stunning building! Nearby (paid) parking (booked via Pair app). We were given an upgrade because our reservation via Booking.com didn’t register on their system. The receptionist was professional and calm and went out of her way.
Our room was absolutely fabulous with a lovely view. Breakfast was excellent!!
In the evening their restaurant was closed (Sunday) so we had a fabulous evening in a nearby gastro pub run by a really friendly chap.
We would go back in an instant!! Thank you for our special stay. We’ve driven in a classic car from UK via Norway, including the Arctic Circle. Parking and places to eat without having to drive there are important to us.

En fantastisk anrik hotell som vi besöker varje gång vi är i Gävle! Vackra , moderna rum med den bekvämaste sängar och sköna kuddar. Stora badrum med fina produkter som schampo, body lotion och m. m. Frukostsalen är utöver den vanliga - du har verkligen en känsla att du äter på ett slott - hög i tak med massa stuckaturer och kristallkronor!
