Superbe hôtel typique dans un quartier calme de Tokyo
Pros:

Vraiment mon coup de cœur de Tokyo. Une perle rare dans un quartier tranquille, proche des transports en commun (10min) avec konbinis et restaurants à proximité. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse folle et m'a aidé tout le long de mon séjour. Le plus : le bain chaud disponible gratuitement, les espaces communs et la cuisine mise à disposition. Le rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Tout était parfait !

Pros:

Everything was clean and the bathrooms were well maintained, there was also a Japanese bath that Hotel guests were able to use.

Cons:

The location is not very good, you can reach Asakasa and the buddist temple easily, but the main districts like Shibuya and Shinjuku are at least 1 hour away with 3 changes of trains on the way. It was quite noisy at night as the walls are thin and people are checking in until midnight.

Très bien.
Pros:

Un bain japonais dans l'hôtel, gratuit et très simple à réserver. Une localisation qui permet d'aller rapidement prendre le métro pour explorer n'importe quelle destination.

Cons:

Difficile d'y tenir à deux pendant 20 ans, mais pour une semaine dans la capitale, je recommande les yeux fermés.

Pros:

Cp值高，有個人澡堂可以預約，我每天都會去泡，老闆人很好，我住二樓，入住和退房都主動幫我抬29寸大行李箱上下樓，位置旅遊日暮里很近，搭skyliner方便，最後一天退房後還可以免費借放行李

Pros:

シングルで四千円しない料金。
清潔感も有る。受付の方など丁寧で親切。部屋は狭いが自分には充分。風呂トイレは当然共同。臭くないし、清潔、なのでそれで充分。

寝るだけと割り切ればコスパ最強
Pros:

部屋はとてもコンパクトでシンプル。その分エアコンの効きが良い。トイレも共同だが清潔。同じく共同だが風呂とは別にシャワールームが2つあるのは良かった。

Cons:

自動販売機がないので、近くのコンビニで用意しておく必要がある。が、部屋には冷蔵庫がない(共同利用のものはある)

スタッフの対応は全般的に良かったと思います。施設、設備の清潔感もありました。

Cons:

外国の方、日本の方でも若い世代の方が多く宿泊されているように思います。スタッフの方の清掃だけでは、補えきれない場面が数多くあります。日本古来の良いマナー(=次に使う人のことを考えた行動)を伝える場所にしていけたら、宿泊者にとっても良い体験になるのではないでしょうか。
