南千住駅からは少し歩きますが買い物も頑張ればスーパーや飲食店はあります♩
Pros:

都内でありながら静かな住宅地の中にあり建物自体は簡素な感じになっています。
清掃も行き届いており清潔感はあります！
泊まる前の口コミ評価の高さは本当でした。
スタッフさんも親切で周辺地図をくれたり質問にも答えてもらえます、お風呂やトイレも満足出来るものでした。
狭いながら各部屋にエアコンもあり連泊にも耐えられます♪

Cons:

連泊の場合清掃が入らないのでこちらから言えばなんとかしてもらえるのかは不明なんですが、私は三連泊の間自分で清掃していました！
部屋の壁が薄く夜インバウンドが騒いで煩く感じます。
値段を考えれば仕方ないですかね。

在旅店連續入住了 14 天，整體的居住體驗非常舒適，極力推薦！
雖然房間精緻偏小，但基本配備有一張床與一張書桌，最棒的是剩餘空間足夠完全打開一個 30 吋的行李箱，且打開後依然有空間可以走動。以這個價位來說，空間的 CP 值真的非常高（床墊與睡眠感受則較為中規中矩）。住宿期間房間內曾出現些許小蟲，向飯店反應後，工作人員立刻協助清理，問題馬上得到解決，處理態度非常積極且良好。
公共設施非常完善。公共空間設有舒適的沙發、桌椅，並提供大容量的共享冰箱（冷藏與冷凍空間都很充足）。這裡也有廚房、鍋具與碗盤，方便房客自己下廚料理。此外，館內設有洗衣機與烘衣機，價格非常便宜（洗衣一次 200 日圓，烘衣每 30 分鐘只要 100 日圓），對長期住宿者來說非常便利。
最特別的體驗是這裡的「大澡堂」，採取預約制，每人可獨享 30 分鐘，完全不用和別人擠，是非常棒的私人泡湯體驗。如果不習慣泡大澡堂，館內也設有 24 小時淋浴間可以使用。
飯店人員態度非常親切，不論是需要換零錢，還是退房時協助叫計程車，他們都非常熱心且樂於幫忙。店家甚至還貼心準備了愛心雨傘供房客雨天外出使用。這 14 天的舒適度與服務都讓我非常滿意，下次還會想再來住！

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hostel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I think
Pros:

* The hostel was very clean.
* All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
* A very special thank you to Yuka. She kindly provided me with a bicycle at no extra cost. Thanks to her generosity, I had the opportunity to explore Tokyo by bike, and it became one of the best memories of my trip. I will never forget her kindness, and I truly appreciate everything she did for me.
* I had no problems during my stay.
* Since I only stayed for a short time, I didn’t have the chance to use the bathroom, so I can’t comment on it.

Cons:

* The room was quite small. It is perfect for one or two nights, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay or for travelers with large suitcases.
* There was a general smell inside the hostel that I personally didn’t like. However, I believe this was simply my personal sensitivity, and it may not bother other guests.

Excellent hôtel abordable proche de Kita Senju
Pros:

Le bain traditionnel, avoir une chambre individuelle à un prix correct pour la fin de mon séjour était génial. L’hôtel dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. Il y a aussi un bus direct pour Haneda à la gare de Senjuohashi, hyper pratique. Le personnel m’a aussi upgradé une chambre légèrement plus grande que celle que j’avais réservée, merci beaucoup !! 🙏🏼

立地最高です
Pros:

駅からそんなに遠くなく、近くにコンビニやスーパーがあるので便利でした。
部屋も清潔で快適にすごせました。

Cons:

女子用トイレが各階に1個ずつしかなく、中で歯を磨いたりする人もいるのでなかなか空かず困りました。

Me ha gustado todo. Aunque la gente se suele quejar de que está lejos del centro, yo lo agradecí un poco, está bien descansar lejos del bullicio de la ciudad.
