Disappointing
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our Colombia trip, would not return. Convenient location if you want to stay in the historic center close to the Museo d’Oro.

Cons:

Area around the hotel is not scenic.
The elevator was out of order and boarded shut with wood, so this seemed not a recent issue. We were on the 5th floor which was inconvenient after long travel and Bogota’s height to get used to.
Breakfast was poor. Weak coffee, dry white bread, little choice. Although we paid for it, we didn’t take it the second morning. Rooms need an update and you could hear everything, from the street below, the adjacent rooms and people walking up and down the stairs.

A localização do hotel é excelente, perto de restaurantes, da plaza de Bolivar e do Museu do Ouro. Da pra fazer muita coisa a pé. A região a noite é movimentada então é seguro caminhar e sair pra jantar/ beber. Os funcionários são bem gentis e prestativos.

Cons:

O elevador não funciona então tivemos que subir com as malas pelas escadas, porém o funcionário nos ajudou.

Not coming back.

Staff was friendly

Cons:

They are building a new elevator which meant intense cibstruction noise from 7am til late afternoon. All rooms are affected.

Also bathroom and sink are as tiny as they can be.

From my shower I could see into another womans room, this is a no go.

Kitchen smells were constantly coming into the room.

Area is unsafe at night.

Breakfast has no good coffee.
